The staff is pretty friendly, but I bought a dryer that already wasn’t heating up as soon as it was delivered (the reason I bought another one in the first place), then had to wait a couple days for the maintenance guy to fix it. It was working for like 6 months or so, and now the same thing, not heating up. Might not be worth the hassle.

Where to start…. The merchandise is very out dated but I did find a stove and fridge for the time being. The stove had issues with the 2 front burners shortly after I got it. The 1st fridge I got served its purpose but only lasted a year. I (reluctantly) ended up having to get a 2nd refrigerator from them and after 2 months it stopped working. With a 90 day warranty, I called them. The lady was polite on the phone and said she would talk with the service tech to see when he could come out. She never called back so I called the next day. She set up an appointment for the next day which was day 5 and had to throw out all my food. I got home later that day to find the fridge was back working. I didn’t see any point in missing work for the appointment so I called them back the next day to let them know what happened and to cancel the appointment. I also let her know that because I cannot afford to keep replacing food that was just going to buy a new refrigerator. She said they could possibly refund the money. She later called back to say that they would not be able to refund the money but they would exchange it for something else. Again, I cannot afford to keep replacing food so I will buy something new. Then the tech called back and left a message. I returned his call, told him what happed and that I was just going to buy brand new. He said ok and we can set up a time to come get the fridge. I asked if there would be a refund if they came and got it, he said no. I let him know that I will take care of it myself. You can’t come get the fridge only to sell it to someone else.
I think that is a shady business practice and think people should know this before doing spending money there.

Stephen and Andrew were awesome and quick with the installation of my new to me stove! They gave me time to clean the space before they began the install and weee very nice gentleman the whole time.

Andrew and Stef were quick, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process. If I ever have another appliance go out, I won't hesitate to go to As New because of them!

Whoa….. where do I start?! I purchased a fridge and stove. Not a huge selection and a bit outdated. Customer service while there was nice. Got my appliances delivered….. a week after the purchase and two days after i just did my monthly grocery shopping. fridge is down! I woke up early that morning and the freezer caught on fire! The soot fire spread to the fridge as well. Everything was completely black! I called right away and explained what happened! They told me their next appointment would be three days out ? and they couldn’t reimburse for all of the food that i lost. The tech comes three days later and says your going to need another one….. their assistant sent options that was in the price range of the original one. I picked out one that was $10 more. She had the nerve to ask how I would like to pay the difference. ?♀️ I said are you serious? Then i had to wait two days for them to deliver the new one. Now two weeks into having the other fridge……… it’s down. I called saturday…. we are on Tuesday and no one has come to service it yet! Another $400 in groceries down the drain! Please be aware!

Purchased a refrigerator not even 3 months ago and the refrigerator part stopped working. Tried to get it repaired. The serial and model number have been rubbed off. I called the office and got nowhere. They couldn't give me any info. Extra money out of my pocket. Don't do it. Go somewhere else it'll save you time and money. Hope this helps.
Update: Let's tell the truth As New
Your right As New Appliance you did come out and do a repair on the refrigerator. Once I posted a review after calling you several times. The warranty was for 30 days and my appliances stopped working 5 days later. When I called you several times with no solution you gave me a number to your repair man that didn't answer 4 calls and never called me back. I waited 3 days after calling him and made this post. Then I reached out to another repair company. Remind you it was on with me for 1 mth and 1 week. I shouldn't have had any issues this soon. The stove I purchased at the same time stopped working as well. LIKE I SAID save your money and go somewhere else. The appliances they sale will only last through the warranty which is 30 days. Be careful dealing with As New Appliances. I have receipts of all my communication with them. Wish I could post it. I've replaced both appliances by purchasing them from a private owner on FB Marketplace.
Let's Be Clear I NEVER asked you to pay for anything. I called for the serial number for the appliances because they have been scratched off for some reason. You didn't help me at all until I posted this review.
