I arrived at my appointment on time and told the service guy all the things I wanted done and showed my coupons for the discounted services that were available, and I was able to use my GM Rewards points to cover the services! So it was a win/win service day for me! The work was done in a reasonable amount of time as I waited and I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

No response for days after vehicle arrived then had to call management to expedite issues. I was told 17,000 to fix the problem and that was only 1 issue. Honer your product ! Give working class people options when your product is known to fail due to design. Chevy sucks!

Honestly all my years buying cars this wasn’t the best experience, but our salesman stepped up and made the experience worth purchasing through Andrew’s again! Huge shot out to Lucas! Lucas is highly recommended look him up if you’re in need of a Vehicle! Also a shot out to Joel in the service department he also provided excellent service.
