My father went in Oct 2023 to get new bifocals. It's now Feb and still no glasses. First pair, the prescription was wrong. Two weeks ago, they called him and said the correct ones came in. It was the same pair that was supposed to be returned. He wouldn't accept them. They called him again last week saying the new pair came in, it was the same pair that was supposed to be returned. According to them, he had to wear them for a couple days to get used to them? Nope, declined. Yesterday, he went to try and get a refund and they said they couldn't because there was no manager there, come back tomorrow. Today he goes again, they wouldn't give him a refund because it's been "too long". It wasn't his fault it took this long! Now I'll have to spend my own time to go with him and get this all sorted out. I would stay far far from this place.

I would have gave 0 stars if I could. This place is horrible and unprofessional. Over the last week i booked over three appointments in attempt to get an eye exam and some new glasses. The first appointment I sat for over an hour before being told that the eye doctor is not seeing anyone else for the day. The second appointment I was told that there is no eye doctor in yet, my last appointment was canceled via text message ten minutes before my appointment. I’m so frustrated at the lack of communication and professionalism. Do better!

Paid over 200 for 2 pair of glasses was told I should get them in a week and they would call...didnt get them until 3 weeks later....I had to call to verify they came thru...

Horrible place had an appointment and optimize was not there. He is the boss and no one could reach him. Was told to go to another location. They need to be closed!!!!!! Receptionist was rude all around bad time

The staff was very polite and helpful. I took 2 pairs of glasses in to be repaired. They were very proficient and expedient.

Temporarily open ONLY 9 am to 5 pm because of SHORT STAFF,and we Temporarily only have a doctor 2 DAYS A WEEK, WED AND THURS ONLY, until the doctor comes back from medical leave or a new doctor is hired!Lots of new staff members so please be patient with us!Thank you!

No one wants to work anymore, anywhere it seems. The hours are changed without notice. Appointments are cancelled without warning. How are they still in business?

Worst eye doctors ever, I called 2 weeks ago to get contacts, they say I need to do an exam so ok thats fine they said the next availability is the 4th of Oct. OK let's set that, we'll today I get an email saying my appointment was canceled. Like why and why wouldn't I get a call so I called in and they say it was canceled because thedoctor changed her hours around. Then why didn't I get called. She then goes to tell me the next availability is the 14th like really, I have no contacts nor glasses and ypur gonna push me out further. She said we have other Americas best at these locations would you like the number. Wow so your gonna go there because asking questions. Horrible customer service in my opinion. They should of been shut down a long time ago. The doctor doesn't even know how to give customers the Right prescription and I know that off experience. Go here at your own risk. They are not worth it. I will drive across town before I will ever go here againI have no contacts or glasses and your gonna keep pushing me out. So then I ask why didn't I get a call and right away she says we have other amercas bests in these locations would you like there number l
