My mom did not get what she purchased. For $75 the flower should have been full, just like the picture. This is terrible and bad business. No matter the angle, the flower is still empty, not full like the picture.

I kinda promised my mate something for our anniversary. Then I found out it's not currently available. I HAD to make up for it... She really likes flowers. She has so many on the deck that her son calls it her botanical garden. I asked around and people told me about Alfa. They were really good at asking what I specifically wanted - a bouquet with a variety of flowers including some not-so-common ones. They did great, really GREAT!!! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!!!

I ordered a floral bouquet ? for my sister's funeral. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and exactly like I wanted. I asked for pink flowers instead of purple. The colors were gorgeous.

My brother asked for my help in ordering flowers for his wife to celebrate her retirement. Alfa Flower Shop is my favorite florist in the Greater Milwaukee Area. I have used them for years and they always provide a beautiful arrangement. It is a bonus that Gayle is easy to work with and offers valued expertise. My sister-in-law loved her flowers and it made her special day more special.

I was the recipient of a beautiful arrangement on Mother's Day delivered with care. Ten days later, almost the entire arrangement is still going strong with very minimal effort on my end. Would highly recommend!

Very unprofessional. My order was canceled after Representative Gale told me over the phone that it would be filled. I didn’t find out until it was to late that my order wouldn’t be filled. So the person didn’t get their birthday flowers till a day later from another shop! After speaking with Representative Gale again she was very rude and non-caring. I don’t know about the actual product because I didn’t receive them, but by far some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced!!

I've always bought bouquets and flowers from this lovely shop. Over the years, and time and time again the owner and her staff have been excellent, polite, and willing to work with people. They'll always have my loyalty, along with my whole hearted recommendation to anyone looking for bouquets and floral arrangements! Today in particular, they really earned their 5 stars!

100% would use this place again!!! Ordered flowers for my sweetheart for our anniversary on April 5th and they just started wilting today. I ordered the florists choice bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful. Definitely excited to use this place again for any flowers.

This shop provides dependably lovely flowers for my Mom whenever I want to cheer her. I'm in Maryland, she's in Milwaukee. It's beyond good to know that Alfa is there for me, 900 miles away!

This is the first time ordering from this florist and rating them from 1 to 10 I would have to give them an 11+++. The flowers were delivered on time and my daughter was contacted so someone would be home to receive them. Unlike some online big florists that just leave flowers on the porch. The bouquet was delivered last week Thursday 2/8 and it still is fresh and beautiful today!! I definitely recommend this shop!!

Got my name wrong after clarifying it. I understand I have a difficult name but she clarified and still got it wrong. Said there was phone problem. But there wasn't phone problems when it was time to pay.

They make beautiful bouquets, are always pleasant on the phone, and deliver when promised, even when I place an order that only gives them a one-day notice. Highly recommend!
