I had a 7 a.m. appointment and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I HAD to be there at 6:45. I arrived at 6:40 allowing time to get downstairs but the entrance door was locked. At 6:47 I called Aurora. The person trying to help me was very good but no one in the building would pick up there phone so nothing was done. I called again after 7:00 and the same thing. No one could help. Finally at 7:10 someone unlocked the door. The pre appointment instructions did not tell me to go to a specific door. There was no sign on the door with instructions if the door was locked. There were no cones blocking the entrance. In addition, the sidewalk was filled with bark from the flower beds and the trash near the entrance. If Aurora cares so little for the building, how much do they care about my healthcare? And it took at least 3 months to get this appointment. I can not recommend this facility.

I am disgusted by nurse Sabreen Sansour's post about the Jews.

Awful place with unqualified staff. I had back spasms. They saw me, gave me prescribed IBUPROFEN. The back spams never went away, so I called them and said I needed a steroid shot, they told me they don't really deal with things like muscle spasms.. They are more of a quote "sprained ankle and sore throat kind of place." So the lady openly admitted that they couldn't really do anything for me... three weeks later I received a bill for $937.. so they couldn't help me but they sure could bill me?? My local urgent care gave me the steroid shot and told me they never heard of a clinic, located in a hospital that can't handle muscle spasms.. If you don't like good healthcare providers or your money, this is the place for you!!

I love it there the nurse is so sweet and nice and always puts a smile on my face before seeing the doctor ??⚕️. Very happy and helpful people that work in Aurora Healthcare. I go there for my seizures and I feel so welcomed every time I go to see them.

I have no idea why there would be a 1 star rating. My son has been seen here since he was 1 and we haven't had any issues and the nurse team have helped our family whenever we ask for it. The facility is in good condition and painless process.

1 star solely based on a phone conversation where a “nurse” completely disrespected and laughed at my pregnant wife, who was calling in to get prescribed appropriate medication for early on in pregnancy. She did not listen and took wildly inaccurate notes, and stated that my wife was completely fine, saying “we’ll see if the doctor writes the prescription. Luckily, Dr. C is amazing and did write the prescription after speaking with my wife. I don’t typically write bad reviews, but it is absolutely mind blowing that a “nurse” would act in such an unprofessional way. How do you not believe someone and somehow know what is going on in their body? It’s your job, do better.

Called my Dr. Office Yesterday @ the Good Hppe clinic asking for an appointment. I was told a nurse would call me back after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes.. No one ever called back. You can never see your own doctor when your sick. Aurora only cares about making money , not the people they serve.

It's very frustrating that when you are sick it is extremely difficult to see your own doctor. The system is ridiculous. You are told that she is fully booked. When you inquire about sick visits, you're told that those appointments are made for the same day but there aren't any. So then you try to make an appointment for the next day but are told that you can't- you have to call the next morning. You call the next morning at 8 am and are told she doesn't have any times. There seems little point in having a doctor except for annual check ups as seeing your own physician when you are sick is not only impossible but you are required to go through this ridiculous rigamarole for no results. Seems very patient unfriendly and impossible.

Not a bad experience... for a clinic! Very professional team members behind the admissions desk got me checked in promptly. As my butt was just landing on the waiting room chair my name was called by a friendly, helpful med-tech. She answered the questions she could for me and admitted when she didn't know the answer. Even wrote those down for the doc. Dr. Rao in endocrinology really seems to know her business but she doesn't talk "down" at you and will take the time to talk to you even though you can tell she's busy! I like everybody I've dealt with at the Good Hope Clinic even though, for me, it is quite a long trip to get there! Keep up the great work!!!

Excellent Service at this location! Never had a long wait for a scheduled appointment. Staff professional and friendly. Waiting area always clean. Test results always explained and available options given. Prescriptions always refilled timely. J. Davis

Canceled my appointment months ago I just found out today, never called to notify me. Very long phone wait kept being transferred to the same departments. When they finally got me to the right department the lady who scheduled me wouldn't look for a different time in the future. Called the Menominee Falls clinic and made an appointment very easily.

Some good doctors. Some bad. (I've seen a lot of them.) They seem to be under some understanding with the Aurora System than they get some Commission if they refer to another doctor in the system. So most visits end with referrals to another doctor, then another doctor. Aren't there any real doctors anymore?

Terrible organization! They don't even know how to submit a prior authorization for medication correctly leading to a massive delay in a patient receiving critical medication on timely basis. Avoid this garbage place if possible.

One of the best clinics I've ever visited. I'm not sure the name of the doctor I saw, but he knew his shit. I went in for an ear problem that had been bothering me for the past 7 days. I wasn't sure where to go when 2 of my friends recommended that I go to the Good Hope walk in clinic. This place looks brand new, is well maintained, and efficient.

A famous female comedienne once shared that visiting a male gynecologist was like going to a mechanic who's never driven a car. Dr. Vitamvas has changed the face of the male "woman doctor" in my opinion. With his willingness to be the subject of my interrogation of his interest in the female anatomy, to his truly patient focused approach to women's health, he has transformed the way I used to think of men in the OB/GYN community. Ladies, if you're looking to talk to someone who knows his stuff and won't give you flack for having an opinion about your body--check it out. He practices at the Aurora clinic on Good Hope Road and in Germantown.
