I came in for an estimate after being referred being to them by my boss. After receiving the estimate on a Friday, I was told to bring the car back on Monday so they could start the job. I called them Monday morning and I was told by the shop owner to bring it in on Tuesday because his guys called in. I called back Tuesday and he said they’d have to wait until the following week Monday to start the job because he only had one body guy available. I patiently waited another week and called back to see if I could bring my car in and again was given the runaround. This place is a complete clown show and should be avoided at all costs!

I'll start by saying I truly tried to support African American/ Black business. I will never recommend nor talk about my experience with this shop after this & my post on Facebook. I had 7 people who were waiting for me to get my truck back so they could do the same as I... which is support African American/ Black business. But after the yelling & disrespectful language I received from this establishment I can now confirm that the work & business conduct is beyond poor. I guess I prayed to hard for a great experience so now I'll change my prayer to never sending anyone I love or anyone who asks me about repair work that I never send them to Adams Auto Body Shops... truly a sad & disappointing day for me.Services: Painting

The front left side of my car had the paint scratched off and Adams Auto Body took car of it and repainted it. They did an excellent job.

Stopped in ffg or a estimate took all my info said he would return my call in 30mins never did I called him back he said he would contact me first thing in the morning didnt do that either I called him the following morning couldn't even find my paperwork so I didn't even bother after that
