There is a fair amount of anxiety and stress that comes when opting to redesign a beautiful family heirloom with 100 or so years of history. Will it mean as much? How do we honor the original while making it more us? Who can we trust to do this work?
For us, the answer was Amy. One conversation with her about what our hope and vision was, and she shared an absolutely gorgeous (and perfect) design that capture exactly what we had been hoping to achieve.
We could not be more excited about the end result, and would 10/10 recommend Amy and A Trio to anyone.

I reached out to A Trio because I wanted to get an engagement ring re-set and redesigned. After my initial email, I was told to wait to hear from someone who would reach out to me about this. When I didn’t get this email for a week, I followed up again. After one more exchange, I never received another response.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care and customer service that was provided by the team. My first visit to A Trio, I was very distraught because I had damaged my engagement ring from an online site. I came to see if they could repair it after the online site was less than helpful. The team at A Trio approached the repair with so much creativity and provided me many different options to help decide exactly what I wanted. They were very helpful and understanding of my main goal- to provide the maximum amount of stability in order to avoid future damage. I have fallen in love with my ring set all over again and feel so lucky to have found a jeweler with immense compassion and understanding. My only regret is moving out of state and not being able to bring my jewelry in to them as easily in the future. Thanks again!!

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, & incredible selection of vintage. Found some gems here & they were instrumental in making sure I found the perfect gift for a discerning friend’s birthday.Always really pleasant when handling the fiddly side of owning jewelry such as repairs/resizing/etc.

Noah and Amy worked tirelessly with my fiancé and I to make my engagement ring dreams come true. They were extremely great to communicate with, truly understood my vision from day one and helped reset my ring for slight adjustments to make it truly *exactly* what I wanted. They were insanely patient and helpful throughout the entire process and their craftsmanship is impeccable. We will absolutely be purchasing the remainder of our wedding set here- no question. This is the place to go for unique settings, knowledge about antique jewelry and for a jeweler that truly cares!

Amy and Noah are amazing! I went in recently to have a custom necklace made of my dog's paw print who recently passed away. Not only were they extremely friendly they had great suggestions that made the piece even better! When I went to pick it up they wanted to make sure I was happy with everything and also made great lunch recommendations. My husband and I were so pleased with how the necklace came out he asked if they could fix his wedding ring that was ruined by a different company when he brought it in for a cleaning. On the spot they were able to do what the major jewelry company couldn't and got his ring back to the original look. They were so amazing that I plan on using them for any custom jewelry or repairs in the future!

Amy and Noah were able to transform some old family gems into a lovely necklace pendant. They are friendly and professional, and if I have a need for jewelry in the future I'll definitely visit them again. Highly recommend.

Amy, Noah, and Melee made the process of creating my wife's engagement ring a very positive experience. Ahead of our first visit, I tipped them off that I was coming in to legitimately look at earrings, but also wanted to get my then-girlfriend's reactions to different rings in their case. Noah was super sly and helped me get her ring size while we were looking. Later, I made an appointment and I came in armed with saved post's from A Trio's Instagram page and Amy helped me make sense of it all. After we settled on a design, she used her experience and creativity to fine tune aspects of the ring to hit my budget without compromising the design. Every interaction was pleasant and respectful, especially when I was clearly in over my head. The end result couldn't have made us happier, she loves it and we get compliments all the time. Highly recommend

I'm not surprised it's only 5 star reviews as I write this - these folks were great, incredibly fair pricing and worked quickly. I really can't say enough positive things about them. Both the people working when I went in were friendly and above and beyond helpful. I went to them for a necklace repair.
