While filling my new script one of the techs told me the cost is high and that Medicare would not cover it. She then helped me find Medicare’s customer support number and coached me on what to say. Although the cost remained high—$100 [gulp]—at least I knew what I was in for. Very courteous; very professional.

Love that they're open 24/365. I no longer have to deal with my meds being on back order, and I get a notification when my meds are ready for pick up. Only down side is the tech. They make things extremely difficult when you try to fill medications that you have taken for years.. otherwise I'm pleased and happy.
