“Dr Mike is fantastic. He actually came up with a long-term plan to treat my dog's chronic allergy issues whereas previous vet office used ineffective short-term treatments.
Other vets at JVC East are usually not quite as good as Dr Mike, but still decent enough. Giving 5 stars because veterinary care is becoming difficult to find.”
“I have used Edgerton Vet Clinic for the last 6 years. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are always super helpful, honest, fairly priced and most importantly they love on my dog. He had a tooth extraction and cleaning today. Everything went just as they explained. When I picked up I was shocked that the bill wasn’t higher! I will forever love this clinic, especially Dr. Osgood and Dr. Motz. Both phenomenal ladies! Thank you techs for loving on my guy!”

“More expensive than I am used to ($90 base exam fee), however they provide excellent services. They're usually able to get you an appointment fairly quickly and are very accommodating and loving towards my kitties. Plus they call and follow-up after to make sure everything is still going ok after the appointment.”

“While visiting family over the holidays our 14 year old dog had to be unexpectedly put down. The staff at Badger Veterinary Hospital were understanding of our situation and accommodating after we were turned away by other vets in the area as we didn't live in Janesville and were not clients already.The veterinarian at Badger Veterinary Hospital made an emotional experience as comfortable as possible while we were 6 hours from home on the day after Thanksgiving.We were pleasantly surprised to receive a handwritten note along with paw prints to remember Rosie with in the mail a few days after returning home. That meant a lot to our family, especially our 9 year old daughter.”
“It's the same price to go to my regular vet, as it is to come to vetco, only I get a full exam by my vet. It used to be a deal with the puppy packages, but now it is just as expensive. No reason to come anymore.”
“I'm happy to share that my experience with the staff at VCA here in Janesville was second to none. All three of the employees I interacted with, from reception to medical professionals, were genuinely pleasant, helpful and caring. We would trust our pets with their care again in a heartbeat, though we hope we never have to. Though the hours are strange and it can indeed get busy, the staff made it all worth the effort.”

“Both Dr A and Dr Ben take such great care of our zoo! We will not go anywhere else. They make time when it’s needed and are patient and caring on all aspects. We have two cats, one of which is not a fan and is a huge challenge. We have 3 dogs, a pug, a super anxious Aussie mix, and a Great Dane. I took our Dane in as a young puppy maybe 10 weeks ish and said something seemed off. She wouldn’t walk well. While Danes are clumsy Dr Ben offered numerous plans. We chose X-rays and found her hip was injured or had a genetic issue. He consulted with different vets and ended speaking with someone at Purdue given the complexity of Daisy’s hip. He didn’t give up on her. It’s a miracle no o e can explain but she is doing great and we saved her leg. The Dr’s care, follow up and are compassionate which help so much.
