The installation of my new HVAC unit was excellent. Equipment appears to be of good quality. My only negative is that communication with the owner was frustrating--voicemails, emails and text messages went unanswered. Despite this, the work was completed during the week it was initially scheduled.

Do not ever do business with this company. They will give you a price quote on a job and then never show up. They also ghost you and will not answer your phone calls.

Had a water pump fixed. Tom was quick, replaced the pump and I was good to go. Very nice person. Was prompt and reasonable cost wise.
