I was looking for a wood chipper and found one I liked on Don's website. Being from Wisconsin I didn't feel like driving 6+ hrs just to look at the chipper. I enquired about a DC1213 he had for sale. Then when I asked him for a video to see it running he sent me a white chipper running. He told me the yellow was sold 2 weeks ago and this one is the same one in the same condition. It wasn't, it was a DC 1217. (Same means same not close to the same)I felt he was being straight with me and seemed to be a honest guy to do business with by our phone conversations. He assured me it's a great machine and works as it should. That's pretty much how it was advertised as well. I decided to go with the chipper and have it delivered. Once it was delivered I tried starting it. The ignition switch didn't work and needed to be jumped off the solenoid. (Is that what works good mean?) then I find out the chipper lights don't work. I would expect these two things to be in working order if described as works good runs good. He told me he would resell it for me but that's no going to solve the problem and why deceive someone else. It's messed up people can't do honest business anymore these days. I guess this is just a heads up for anyone buying online who can't actually go check out the equipment in person. Oh and my bill to have all the repairs fixed was $1300. Not something anyone expects to pay out before even getting to use the machine they bought in good faith. I give him over to the Lord and let the Lord deal with him.

Just witnessed a tow truck with this company's logo with a van ( exterior undamaged) on the bed that was loaded extremely unsafly. The tire was hanging off of the side of the bed. I felt unsafe driving next to it. I wouldn't be surprised if I read in the paper about an accident tomorrow.

Great service used them since they opened up. People on this review obviously was being rude and screaming in the phone and lied about why they hung up on them. Would you wanna listen to that. Your car will be returned its against the law to keep it unless you dont pay for the service. I know theres a lot of inpatient people when it comes to doing work for them. So have to take these reviews with a grain of salt. As far as the shop goes. They quote you around the same price. I was quoted 150 i paid maybe 160. There mechanics are all top notch and know there stuff. The lady on the phone was polite and courteous. Don is a great guy i talked to him when i was there. I would hand a business card for them to anyone that needed service done on there car or truck.

Horrible customer service. I was hung up on by the lady on the phone because I was expressing my frustration with there timeliness in service. Long story short, my keys got locked in the car and I was told it would be a 60 to 90 min wait, which was what I expected. After 2 hours went by, I called and was told they would be here in less than 10 minutes. 30 Minutes later, I called back and was told the guy was stuck in traffic in Madison. Madison is 30 minutes away from where I live and so obviously I was lied to when I was told he would be there in 10 minutes. I was called rude several times on the phone for addressing my frustration. I was not using a "tone" with the lady, just telling her I was not happy. She ended up hanging up on me. Very classy! Would not suggest this business, just because of the lady on the phone.

The son told my fiance that he would beat the price on fixing our trailer that we were quoted from a different trailer company but when he went to go pick up the trailer, they are scam artists and they charged us double what they said. We were told itd be less that 150. we ended up paying $300! Id definitely stay away from them and would never recommend them to anyone.
