Nothing but Excellent service from this small town Bank. Staff has been very friendly and willing to offer help with anything I have needed for over 25 years with them. My family and I will be life long customers. Thank You.

My mother gave a check to a good friend of ours. Written it by her and to him. He went to the bank and they denied him cashing the check even though he shown them two forms of ID (one of them is a Mexico ID) Then they asked his social security. Why would you ask for his social security after he gave you valid ID’s. We been going here more than 10 years. We are taking our business else. Very disappointed and disgusted by you.

If I could give a negative star I would. This bank helped facilitate 2-fraudulent transactions that cost me over $500. Then when I asked them to help file a fraud claim to try to recover the money from Zelle - they refused to help. Let me be clear - the Bank of Milton DID HELP facilitate TWO (2) Fraudulent Zelle transactions out of my Bank Of Milton checking account. The Bank of Milton REFUSED TO HELP file a fraud claim to try to recover the money from Zelle. This after having held a mortgage in good standing and paying it off with them and being a steady customer for over two years. Extremely LAZY RESPONSE and terrible customer service. When I went in in person to request, they file a fraud claim and they refused, I then moved to close my checking account. The most unhelpful fraud officer was only too happy to assist me in closing out my checking account and terminating my relationship with the bank. Excellent customer retention strategy. There is none at the Bank Of Milton. Only lazy people way too comfortable in their jobs. That runs right up to the top as the president sat on his phone with the door, open for 10 minutes, engaging in a personal conversation with his brother-in-law about snowmobiling while I waited outside his office to discuss real business matters during real business hours. Lazy and unprofessional. He then went on to explain to me how I was lucky to have only been ripped off for $500 and there was simply nothing they could do. The exact same fraud was perpetrated against me at the Peshtigo National Bank. They filed a fraud claim, and returned the stolen money to me within two weeks. That's a professional bank with professional level customer service. Who hired these clowns at the Bank Of Milton? That fraud complaint is far from over.

Just went to the Bank of Edgerton to open a checking account since my bank is leaving town. The service was excellent and quick, plus a much better deal than I had at my other bank.
