Had an issue with a dead battery late on Sunday night. Called R&D to see if they could come out and give me a jump. They were there in about 30 minutes or so. Tried to jump the car to no avail. (Battery was too far gone.) They went back to their shop and found a battery for me, came back and put it in and got me on my way home. Very grateful for them going the extra mile to get me taken care of. Thanks Rick! Appreciate it very much!

My vehicle was stuck in a snow bank and R & D was to my location within 30 minutes of me calling, and we were located at least 10 minutes away. The two R & D employees that came out were very kind and helpful and made a stressful situation much less so. I would recommend R & D to anyone near Milltown or in any part of Polk County.Service: Car towing

I went with my boyfriend to pick up his vehicle, he was technically their customer. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, to the point I felt the need to warn others of the extremely uncomfortable experience we had here. Very hostile.Service: Car towing

Finished hunting and put all my gear in my truck including my keys then shut the door that was locked. It was cold and I was locked out of my vehicle.Jennifer was on time and it only took her about two minutes to get me back into it. The owner is super rude if she decides she doesn't like you. Got towed for winter parking to R&D towing. Tried to get car back, and I'll admit I was a little upset but she had no empathy for my situation and tacked on passive aggressiveness when asking for a second receipt. She knows she was extremely rude and probably doesn't care since she's the owner. She didn't hide the fact that she resented us for no reason. Super awkward and uncomfortable.

I was having a terrible day. I ended up locking my keys in my trail blazer while it was running in my driveway. Super frustrated with myself I called the police dept. to see if they could come out and help and they dont do lock outs. They gave me two numbers to call. I called the first one and the guys was super rude and wanted to charge me $75. Mind you I only had $30 to my name. I called the second number and I spoke with a gentlemen and he told me $50. I told him that I couldnt afford that. He asked what I could do and I told him I only had $30. He said he would have his daughter call me back in a few min. She did and I told her what had happened and I explained what had happen and she showed up with in 10 min. She got in my trail blazer less then a min. Not even that she didn't charge me. She turned my whole night around by her kindness. I will tell everyone I know to go through this compony. Thank you ..... thank you ...... thank you!!!Service: Auto locksmith
