“This store is just amazing! If ever there was a class on what customer service should look like, this store should be the example. I was searching Google for batteries for my golf cart and this store came up. I started a live chat online before realizing it was 6:30 and the store was closed. Less than 20 minutes later I get a reply! Really? You can’t get a business to do that when they’re open. Tells me he will have what I want the next day and even shoots me a very competitive price…all while the store is closed! Now this morning I sent a text to make sure they came in before driving up there and I got an immediate response and they don’t open for another hour!! This business has got this Amazon thing figured out….beat them head on! Outstanding customer service!”

“I needed to replace my thermostat, my daughter said it was easy I could do it. Not so easy, I couldn't do it. And that's why you buy from your neighborhood store where your neighbors work, and are there to help you. Ryan helped me through the entire process he took time for me to draw little Maps he took time to tell me where I needed to put wires he called a friend when he was in question of something, and I called him while I was installing and had a question. That's what you get with your neighborhood store run by your neighbors. I now have an installed thermostat and I'm so proud of myself! I don't know if it matters but I'm also 69 year old woman.”
