Sales person Andy Straub was great while we were buying a car. He followed up with us and listened to our needs. He was informative but not over powering during the full process of buying a car. I would recommend him to others and will look him up in the future.

Very happy to write a nice review for the great experience I had at Zimbrick Auto Group. Was in the market for a specific Grand Cherokee trim model and they had one. You never know what kind of treatment you're gonna get when you walk in looking for a used car. I met with Roy Fenn and immediately liked his demeanor and professionalism. We test drove the car, and Roy was knowledgable and helpful. The car was in excellent condition but they had missed one blemish spot when they detailed/prepped it. I didn't make the deal immediately only because I was concerned about the mileage. But the car was i such good condition and I trusted Roy so I called back and told them I'd take it. Went back up a couple days later to pick it up. Roy had the car saved inside and out of the weather, so it would look perfect when I arrived. He also had that extra blemish taken care of when when I returned without me asking him to do it. On to the financing with Business Manager Mike Oleniczak. This again is where it gets dicey in most dealerships. Not here. Mike was outstanding. A strait shooter and a professional just like Roy. He got me a market best interest rate with no haggling, and a very good extended warranty, again with no haggling. Normally this would be the end of a very good experience. But on the drive home, I sensed a small vibration at upper highway speeds. ( I tend to drive freeways in the 80's). Used cars with heavy mileage are sold "as is" and so no warranty. I called up Roy and he put me in touch with another excellent Zimbrick employee, Nate on the service side of the Acura dealership. Nate was again a top professional; He set up a repair appointment and got me a great loaner at no charge. They found a slightly bent rear rim. They got it fixed in a couple days, I brought back the loaner, the vibration gone, and no charge for the repair! So when you think about it, they went above and beyond, and I had a great experience in all 3 sections of the Zimbrick Auto Group: Sales, Finance, and Service. When all 3 pieces of an auto business have such professionalism and deliver such a solid experience, you know they care about culture in that company. So go see Roy Fenn if you need a quality used car and don't want the normal BS of most dealerships. And if you need financing or want to go extended warranty, Mike will really take care of you there. Nice Work All Around Guys! ONE FINAL NOTE: One of the reasons I went to this dealership to begin with: THEY HAVE ZERO ADD-ON MYSTERY FEES. Many dealers add on fees for prep fees, service fees, detail fees, etc. These fees add up to thousands and then the great internet price you saw is now crap. Go to place where they treat you with respect, and don't try to pull that BS. Start your search at Zimbrick and you'll be happy you did.

Easiest car purchase in ages. Brian was fantastic to work with! He answered all my questions, and it was such an easy process with no hidden fees or anything like that at all. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car -- they have new and used options on the lot. Ask for Brian, he was great to work with and after I purchased the car he took his time explaining the features to me and helping me set it all up.

Went to test drive two suvs this morning and they were dirty and had bald tires. The ad stated new tires and they were not even close. One had not even been cleaned or washed. Very disappointed and left without even looking at other suvs. Went to goben and found nicer vehicles clean and lower mileage and prices

We had the most excellent car buying experience EVER. Marc was so helpful, professional, thorough and easy to work with. This experience was nothing like any car buying experience we have ever had. This is my second service failure with Z VW. The first time was with the body shop where they kept my car for a full 31 day month to do a simple trunk lid replacement. This time the service dept. bungled an air bag replacement , twice to date. Called to replace the recalled air bag. Made an appointment. Day before they cancelled. Air bag on back order, they will order it and contact me. Now , months later , I call to find out they have no record of my order, they can replace it in 10 days. What are the chances?

The General Manager, Bill Schmidt, is very rude to people that call in. If he doesn't think that he wants to hear what you have to say, he just hangs up on you. Not very professional at all!!!

I was sold a vehicle I was told had car net that was supposed to include remote start via the car net app. The salesman talked about how great it is and how we can use the app to start the car. That was a huge selling point for me.

Bought a Passat with empty promises a year ago. Both VW and Zimbrick failed to deliver on what we are now stuck paying for. Carnet module took 11 months for install and doesn’t provide the options we were sold. Very unhappy customer!

Salesperson (Tom) I was working with didn't have a clue about some of the questions I would ask, however that was not the main reason I left 2 stars. The COVID protocols are god awful, Tom - mr. "I know finances", literally pulled his oversized mask down, and slobbered saliva on his finger to separate papers. Didn't want to bring it up, but the other guy in the cubicle in front of toms was literally watching YouTube, at least wait until there are no customers and make it look like you're doing something when there are! Wouldn't recommend, Carvana is starting to look real appealing.

We had a great experience working with Amy Wach and Thomas Lenling when we leased our vehicle last year. Even after a year, Thomas responded to me within and instant and helped walk me through some detailed questions I had about the vehicle over the phone. Highly recommend!

Our 2016 Sportwagen had the emergency brake fail in 2017, and it was fixed under warranty. At the time, we were told that the techs had never seen it happen before, but they replaced the assembly. Recently, it happened again, after the car had been already parked, and my car rolled out of my driveway into the street while I was in the house. My 4-year old daughter had been playing in the driveway 10 minutes before that. When I brought it back, it was diagnosed with the same problem, and again I was told that the current tech had never seen this before. I asked on the phone how to ensure this doesn't happen again, and whether something wasn't fixed quite correctly the first time, and was given radio silence on the phone. I literally had to say, "Hello, is anyone there?" I was then told that the issue was 100% fixed correctly the first time, with no possibility that it wasn't. Considering this has happened twice on the same car, and is clearly not a wear and tear part, I don't know how he could possibly say that with 100% certainty. I was not at all expecting this to be fixed for free, but I was expecting some acknowledgement of the massive safety risk I am now under with this having broken twice, and some sort of assurance that this would be fixed correctly this time. I am just lucky that this didn't break on a hill, or in a public area. I took the car elsewhere to have it fixed, but Zimbrick had done a brake fluid change while it was there, and the new mechanic found brake fluid all over the transmission and firewall from the brake fluid change that was done just hours before at Zimbrick.

My wife & I purchased a car here a few months ago. Service was great! We went in with an idea of what we wanted, our salesman Tom, helped us execute our decision. He was helpful throughout the purchasing process. Today, we love our VW we purchased from Zimbrick with platinum warranty. Drives like a top. We heard some great stories, drank a fresh cup of coffee and went for a cruise. Thank you Tom! Thank you Zimbrick! Whom ever is reading this review. Go do yourself a favor, buy that dream car, get a Volkswagen, go see Tom.
