I deposited over 14 thousand dollars in a check at this location and they lost it!!! I never received an explanation for what was happening and no communication on the proccess. All I was told was "we are working on it"
Go to literally any other bank, this one is beyond awful.

I will be pulling all of my money out... my bank account keeps getting locked and I'm not even close to the Limit. Very bad service.

If you need anything from a Personal Banker make an appointment with Michael Tredupp. I had issues with my account and he took my problem personal. Wells Fargo should be thankful to have him.

Place has 4 employees and 2 behind the counter, one helping a customer, the other just sitting by the drive-through window doing nothing. The personal bankers, one helping a customer, the other just finished their appointment, was just gabbing paper from the printer for the other so as not to help with people in line. The person in front of me spoke Spanish, and according to the teller, no one there did. He clearly wasn't done when she called me up with someone in line behind me as well. He waited for me to deposit 100 dollars. It took a minute tops. Then he stepped back to the window to be helped more. It's just a bad overall experience. Unfortunately, it seems to be normal at big banks.So recap 4 people helping 2 customers and not really helping the guy in front of me well.

Not quite sure what bank employees don't understand about 'it's MY money' .... MY bank account! So, if I have to express to you that I don't work for you, so stop insisting that I am required to do something (preference) that I don't want to do, so be it! If you look through ALL of the paperwork for customers with accounts at the bank you're employed at, you won't find 'rudely demand that the customer must patiently wait for a paper copy of a receipt they clearly tell you they don't want or need.' It's called online banking, fyi!!!

Every time I go to this particular bank the female tellers seem to mess something up that I've requested.For example: the last time I went in on June 16th, 2021 I asked for my two most recent bank statements.Well, instead of asking me, “for which account”Because I have two... she gave me the statements from the account that I still share with my ex.I handed her my ID, with only my name on it, not his.Instead of printing off the account statements matching my ID, she printed off the account with my ex’s name on it.Argh, I was home before I discovered it, several miles away!I have other examples similar to this one where the female teller didn't get it my requests right and my visit took much longer than it needed to be. Or, I had to make a second trip there because they had messed something up.Never had a problem with the male tellers.This is very frustrating as I'm a busy person. I want to trust they're handling my business with care and caution.

I hate having to bank here, but unfortunately I have to due to my corporate office. Wells Fargo is the only bank still limiting change into summer 2021 when the change shortage happened in 2020. Businesses depend on change they cannot get from Wells Fargo. Thumbs down.

There's a middleaged/older lady with some sense of self respect and respect for others that I have had the pleasure of working with at this location. She's not a teller but a personal banker I believe.Wells Fargo in general however and nearly all their other staff and locations are pretty much a 0 star rating, however this lady (whose name I can't recall) has been a great resource.I much prefer this location as opposed to the one on Gammon Rd as the hostility there is intolerable.

Great experience with the folks here. I know people can get mad when it comes to dealing money with bankers, but I am sure this branch deserves a better rating.
