At first, I called the shop in order to inquire about some small short fuses for my jeep. After a short description of the issue, which was my AC fuse blowing, the representative essentially told me I just need to come in and look for the part. Additionally, they told me that the fuse wouldn't fix it, but if I wanted to come in and spend money I could do that anyways. I also brought in samples of the original fuse as well as fuses that I bought from AutoZone. I noticed that there were different volt ratings on each type of fuse, not just the amps. When I had asked about what potentially could happen with the fuse, and if it would fail sooner if it was not rated for a specific voltage, I was not provided a thorough answer. I don't expect all representatives at auto part stores to have some an electrical engineering background, however, I would expect for someone to explain a little bit more, rather than them just selling the product and telling the customer to "make sure you keep the receipt "

Outstanding service year after year. These guys are on the ball and most of the time very friendly. All are helpful, even the ones who aren't supposed to be. I frequent 3 of the areas stores under this families name. I sometimes see the counter guys at the other locations. While they don't greet me by name, they do acknowledge my being a regular. I truth, although I've been a regular for about 10 years, I don't know I could recollect their names either. But 10:1 they will be spot on when asked to track down a part and have it available often the same day, but usually the next. Or they will call the nearby store and find if it's readily avail NOW, and make sure you are the one who buys it if you make the trip. Auto Zone today failed me in this grievous error and minutes ago I noted their outright miserable customer service performance as I saw appropriate. I bought the filter in question, even though it was a higher price to do so. To make a point. Customer service matters.

Had what I needed, polite, did not treat me like an idiot even though I wasn't 100% sure of what I needed. They figured it out, was a 3 dollar fix, easy!

tl;dr: don't go through this place to order WeatherTech products. You still have to pay shipping and it takes much, much longer than if you order directly from WeatherTech.Visited Weaver Auto on 1/27/19 to order WeatherTech mats for my car. You can order these mats directly from the WeatherTech website, but I like supporting local businesses and I thought I would go through Weaver Auto. The clerk was rather rude and took 20 minutes to place my order (it will take you 2 minutes if you go through the WeatherTech website). I also thought that going through an authorized dealer would save me shipping, but I still had to pay shipping through Weaver Auto. Anyways, the clerk said the mats would be in by the end of the week or early the next. He would call me though if they didn't arrive as estimated. Waited a week, nothing. Went in on Wednesday of the following week to check in. A different clerk, even ruder than the first, looked up my order and told me I was being impatient and that the mats would arrive early the next week. Well, three weeks later and no mats, no phone calls, nothing. Just placed my order through the manufacturer's website. Mats will be here in 3-5 business days.

Amazing customer service -- forgot the gentleman's name, but he went above and beyond to help me with a couple simple repairs on my car (new windshield wiper blades & brake lights). I'll be back for any more car repair needs!

Excellent Customer Service, knowledgeable staff and great prices. Their price for break pads was cheaper than Amazon, RockAuto or any other local auto parts store. It is nice to walk into a store and the person on the other side of the counter knows what they are talking about, treats you respectfully, and thanks you for coming in.

The staff here are super friendly and more than willing to help with whatever you need! After going in to buy a windshield wiper blade the employee not only was so friendly but also offered to replace it for me free of charge. I really appreciated their customer service and willingness help!
