“Customer service amazing no matter where you go in your travels, we were passing through from our travels. Had ordered from food court and did some shopping. Got back on road to final destination only to find out we were short on an item from the food court. Called Costco the next day letting them know what happened, explained about our travels and not planning to return that way as it was 94 miles from our destination. Manager was more than happy to assist with refund back to credit card over the phone. THANK YOU Costco, you take care of your members for sure.”

“We bought our set of pots and sauce pans in 2000 or so. It lasted us till 2023 and would have lasted us longer except the whistle or pressure valve keeps breaking. We JUST received a new set and is currently in the dishwasher. The lids are labeled to be made in Thailand, while the pots and sauce pans in Italy. The pots are nice and shiny and on the heavier side, which I hope means higher quality steel and more layers of steel. I am impressed that each lid and each pot or pan came individually wrapped and boxed. They did a good job with the shipping. I would purchase from here again.”

“Rubin's is either your cup of tea or not. The styles are generally modern, Scandinavian inspired and very interesting. We stopped at their warehouse/larger store (there is also a design center downtown) and found a large showroom full of things I'd very much like to buy. There's a clearance area off to the side that sells floor models and returns at good discounts. We were looking for some lounge-y chairs and there were options aplenty. Helping us was very knowledgeable Barb who was never intrusive and let us look around. After making the rounds, we kept coming back to one specific chair - Barb let us know they had 2 in stock from a cancelled order (most things are made to order) in our preferred color, plus they were included in their anniversary sale. SOLD!! I work on the commercial furniture side and felt that the quality here was oberall very high and the prices, for what you get, are pretty fair. It's not IKEA prices to be fair but it's also not made in China crap that will fall apart and bottom out in a few months. You'll love it if: you appreciate mid century or modern design, want a high level of quality, want to customize items. You won't like it if: you need cupholders in your furniture.”
