I arrived at Walgreens on Branch at 1:10pm to pick up my quadruple therapy of meds. for H. Pylori. I understand and fully respect the staff need to eat and have a lunch , they work hard, they deserve to eat. However, when we arrived, all my meds were not ready yet. We were instructed by another technician to do a lap around the building and come back and by time we get back to the window, all the meds will be ready. We did a lap around and one of the meds they filled was one that I already cancelled on the app. and they were missing a med. so I’ll have to return for that one. That, I am ok with. It happens. Whatever. However, what I’m NOT OKAY WITH is while I was talking to the technician, the pharmacist dropped down the shade and put up the, “ NO PHARMACIST ON DUTY” sign right in front of the technician’s face‼️‼️ I understand the pharmacist must have been hungry, but what kind of customer service is that??? The staff are so overwhelmed with their workload that they must feel it is ok to treat customers this way instead of waiting the extra minute it takes to finish giving out the meds and doing the instruction for the patient. And the meds I was picking up was for H. Pylori and there were strict guidelines for timing of them that I had to miss out on and contact a different pharmacy as to how to take them. As such it was “ critical” the antibiotic and pepto had to be spaced as well as the antibiotic had to be spaced from food. This was all new to me and the pharmacist didn’t have the time to do his job.
This was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful!! And not very customer oriented!! The technician was very helpful, thank you sir, you were great but the pharmacist not so much. I think he needs some more classes on how to treat customers. And maybe it’s Walgreens’s fault for not giving their staff appropriate time to eat or having enough staff for each store. Still does not excuse the behavior of the pharmacist .

Good for quick pick ups if you don’t have time to run to a bigger grocery store!

So far, they have messed up my medication two times. I am waiting for their third strike. I am trying to pick up standard blood pressure medication. Hopefully, they can get it right the third time. But, it is hard to trust your life to people currently batting 0 for 2.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They keep canceling my daughter’s prescriptions that she absolutely needs without a reason why but they won’t answer the phone either so I can’t ask why. I have to actually go up there in person just to ask a question.

There's always a woman employee smoking outside when I come in and out of there. She is a frequent smoker too. And I always have to walk past the smell back to my car. Most jobs have a designated smoke area for their employees ....why doesnt this place ? It's usually totally unacceptable to smoke in front of customers bc it could turn them away. It would be different if it were a customer but it's not...it's an employee. And the bench she smokes on is right in front of the door so you can't really get away from the smoke. I wanna barf Everytime I walk out of there. ?

If you want to call and ask about a delayed prescription. Don’t bother. The pharmacy staff likes to hang up on people.

Like most places they are short staffed and overworked. If you go up to them with a nasty attitude you get one back. Having said that. Do not go to the pharmacy unless you have time on your hands. Like a lot of time on your hands. On one occasion I waited 20 mins in line and it took another 10 to find my meds. But I try to sympathize with them and they have been as kind as they can be despite being human punching bags. Retail is hard and I did it long ago, and working with sick people that just adds to the fun I bet..
Also, most of the time the hold up are the people in line. They act like they never checked out, they don’t check the status of their meds, or their insurance, and and get shots. Last I checked this is a Pharmacy not a DR office, if they want to continue to have their clinic on the side. Get a dedicated staff member. Because their lies the issue.

Doors closed at 7:55 even though they were supposed to close at 8. Pathetic, and that's coming from a guy leaving a one-star Google review.

Never have common prescriptions in stock. Every time they need to send me to a different location after getting a run-around. Staff is rude and apathetic.

This is amazing District and the Wallgreens, except the times when I have service with the black pharmacist etc.because they are usually so angry and they are not friendly, even with my wife who has been sick with high temperature. But generally the Wallgreens service is the best!

Real nice service when I was finally served, but seemed to focus on the drive thru traffic more so than the in store impending line. Would appreciate if they served customers in the order they are received in the future. My time is just as valuable as anybody in drive thru
