Very good group of knowledgable sales people. We had some problems on our account, and they fixed it after several others failed.

I’ve never had an experience with Verizon that has been positive or even neutral. Nick changed that. He found ways to somehow LOWER our bill (by $3) and get me an upgraded phone. 11/10 Would recommend

Victor was great and explained everything to me and my boyfriend and we love our phones. However when we were going through the process, someone named Rio was talking very explicitly and profane. It was really out of place and uncomfortable when we were just trying to get phones
