Very poor communication, and destroyed my $800 printer. I paid an extra $100 for shipping insurance and they tried telling me I didn’t! I spent a total of 9 hours on call with UPS representatives telling me different things! Was told 2 times I was getting the reimbursement then had to call back and was told my case was voided without letting me know. Highly disappointing will make sure me and my business only use USPS in the future their claims department is much more helpful!

I ordered an iPhone14 about 6 months ago it never showed up. Days later i requested from APPLE that the iPhone14 be shipped directly to this facility. I tracked it there, confirmed it was in the building(as I did the first delivery attempt). However, upon arriving I was not given a package, I was given a lot of reasons why they can't find my package. Someone got 2 new iPhones. I gave my information to the MOD . I still have not got a follow up.*(I just went to an Apple store on the 3 rd attempt)I try not use this delivery service.

You need to update the hours for customer counter in Middleton. Shipping is from 10am-12:30 and 4pm-6:00pm. You can drop off pre printed label packages and pickup packages from 4pm till 8:30pm.

Won’t deliver to mail room at my apartment. All other carriers will drop stuff off. It’s only UPS that won’t drop packages off at my place. I have to take off work and drive to the hub multiple times now. I’m essentially doing their job for them. If my shipping starts with 1Z I’m just going cancel the order from now on.

Very friendly, helpful, efficient and pro customer service centre working towards resolving issues ensuring a customer delight. I was pleased to see my problem attended and getting resolved 10 minutes flat on Tuesday 24th Oct evening. Thanks a ton to a lady who assured us that she is there to help.

Do not use this place. Paid for express delivery saw the guy pull in parking lot he never got out of his truck have him on camera just sitting in his truck. Then got an email notice saying they attempted to deliver. Called them passed the automated robot person they have to get to a actual person. Then kept passing me to "billings" eventually 6 people saying they'd help me with a refund. Ending up never happening as the 6th person just hung up on me. Poor poor customer service. Will never use them again!

Above and Beyond! Amy at the front counter went above and beyond for our new, small business that has encountered some series UPS shipping issues. She called and researched and we really appreciated the exceptional customer service and kindness. Thank you Amy!

I had the pleasure of working with Amy when trying to pick up a package at this location due to some complications with the shipping. The company sending me a laptop for work blocked me from using my UPS delivery preferences, so first I had to call them and get them to let me pick up the laptop at a UPS facility. This ended up being the spot, so I drove on out and got here at 4pm when Amy was working. She was patient with me and explained that I got there too early and the truck wasn’t back yet (I missed the delivery that day since I don’t work from home; kinda wild to have to be home to get a delivery if you don’t work from home). Anyway, she told me to come back at around 7pm after she got ahold of the driver. Additionally, despite the steady stream of people coming in, she was polite and even chatted to me. I came back later and lo and behold she had the package waiting for me! Overall a great experience if you need to come here after normal business hours and get a package. Amy was great!

I love dropping off my shipments here. They are open until 8:30PM for ready to ship boxes. The staff are super friendly. They have shipping trolleys and the doors have motion sensors. It makes it really easy and convenient to move boxes from my car. It's a great service for small business owners like me.

I had issues getting my package due to not being home. One of the people working waited for the driver to return to be able to physically get my package and allow me to pick it up from them. He stayed past open and waited for us to arrive. I do not like dealing with UPS (customer service online and 1-800 on the phone is a nightmare), but this guy was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my package before it was sent back to the sender.

was expecting package delivery on November 29th of a camera lens for a shoot on Tuesday Nov 30. All of sudden at 7:42pm on November 29th we received a notice that they could not deliver the package! We were home, 12 ft from front door!They did not ring the doorbell or knock! Our dog goes nuts when someone knocks or rings the doorbell anyways. I went and found the "sorry we missed you" stuck on our storm door! Baloney. I stayed home that night especially to receive this package and there was another person with me who did not hear anything.Calling customer service is a joke. They apologized and said someone from the Middleton customer service would call me....12 hours later no call! Now come to find out that it is out for delivery between 4pm and 9pm our time on November 30th. 2-8 hours past the photo shoot time. Again customer service said they would "expedite" the note" to Middleton service center to call me.I just wanted to have them hold package and I would go out and get it myself, but no one called. The driver from last night did not follow procedure per the UPS customer service person I spoke to because they did not knock or ring doorbell. I checked doorbell and it worked.Thanks for nothing UPS.What a lame candid response I got. Boy wish I could be a UPS manager or customer assistant.

When I tried to contact them for some packages they claimed they were not able to deliver, there were simply not a single person to pick up the call. The automated voice got me super frustrated and I’ve called 10 times before they closed but got no help and my packages went missing. They said they were not able to deliver my packages but they never called me for it instead they brought the packages to somewhere without updating me. Thanks for the service. UPS is just bad.
