The UPS store in Middleton gets an A+. They are incredibly easy to work with, in all aspects. Their staff goes beyond being helpful and are incredibly friendly. Such an incredible experience verses using the United States Postal Service.

Had previously decent experiences here, however when attempting to print our marriage license appication(as directed by the county clerk) they told me I was attempting to print a vital record. It’s impossible to print a copy of a vital record that hasn’t been created yet lol. They refused to print my order, despite me having a written email from the county clerk stating the documents were to be printed. Very disappointing and will not be using this location anymore in the future!

I initially had a negative experience with an employee outside of the store and the owner’s response was simply incredible. I truly feel he went above and far beyond making it right. My company uses this UPS store regularly and will absolutely continue to do so. Thank you so much for caring so strongly about how my family and I were treated.

I have always had good experiences at UPS stores and I needed a notary. It was a difficult thing to sign because it is one of the last things I will do for my father who died in June. The notary was lovely and patient and I am so grateful for good people at this time. Thank you.

Alice in Printing is BEYOND incredible. She helped take our wedding stationery designs/vision (for save-the-dates, invitations, and soon thank you notes) and turn them into a reality (better than we could've imagined). She guided us through the options/decisions, turned the high-quality product out with impressive turnaround, and was a delight to work with :) And, all for a reasonable price! We'll definitely see you soon for our thank you note needs (and anything else in the future). Thank you!

I have dropped off many packages at this location over the years with no issues now in the last 6 months 4 packages never made it into actual UPS hands and I learnt that the stores are not really UPS they are an affiliate. It's questionable that packages I brought into the building apparently disappeared before being picked up by real UPS. I never get a straight answer either and have never received the followup promised.

I have been to this location 3 times for packages that were "delivered" here. All 3x, the packages were not able to be located. The customer service is respectful, but SLOW. It seems they could be better equipped to handle more UPS services.Try calling the Middleton store to check if packages are there, saving the trip into town to check? Good luck trying to talk to someone real. You get an automated system that is slightly faster than in person customer service.

I had to stop by the store for picking up a package. The female store clerk checked my ID and gave my package. Often times, the package will be left at the apartment which is secured to a degree. I asked why the carrier didn't leave it at my apartment and her response was that the carrier thought the package was valuable. I can understand that but it was just inconvenient to stop by since the location of this store isn't exactly near my work.

God, I don't like this place. That guy Mike was not helpful and wanted to gouge money from me, I simply asked if he could forward my mail to another location because I wanted to close my mail box two months early, his first words was we can't refund your money. Hey dipstick, I did not ask for a refund, I asked if you could forward my mail. He then gave me the option to hold my mail at a price. Really? Just the night before when I called, we talked about leaving my credit card number for postage. Does this guy have a brian ? I should have known better to open a box there when I saw a notary and her swearing in and actually read the guys statement, and made him raise his hand. This place is nuts. I would not recommend it to anyone because of Mike not following through, only wanting to gouge me for money, keeping in mind I closed my box out two months early, we talked the night before, and his last statement because I didn't give more money was, I will send all your mail back. He cause some issues, I felt he did this on purpose. This place should not be in business, or they should be careful what there employees calls fact...Mike knows nothing but loved to make me pay for something, I no longer needed, and the poor man that had his documents read by the notary was wrong, it is not a law to read the entire document or is it a law to raise your had. I had a terrible experience here. Do not give these people your money, there are better businesses in Madison and they give you the facts.
