“I brought my 2019 Sonata in for a set of new Michelin CrossClimate2 tires where my wife says she feels like see is floating on air with fantastic traction on snow and water! Also included from Wrench Auto was a plethora of checks, such as, window wash, coolant, brake, engine and transmission levels and clarity; battery capacity; brake lining percent left, to name a few. I highly recommend Wrench Auto for top notch mechanical work and service as I have for over 10 years.”

“I brought my car to the dealership I bought it from for its 90k-mile inspection, and the dealership told me I had a leaking transmission seal that was “critical,” should be fixed immediately, and would cost me over $1100 to repair. Luckily, I took it to Turn Two for a second opinion, and I found out that it is just seeping (which was what other shops told me is more likely happening when I called them about it). The lovely folks at Turn Two said it is nothing to worry about for now, but if it comes down to it, they can do it for half the cost. Until then, they will keep an eye on it at my oil changes. I can't recommend them enough—excellent services, great prices, and top-notch people. I can't recommend Turn Two enough.”

“After driving up from Florida, we found ourselves with a truck that wouldn't start. Our daughter, who lives in Madison, referred McDermott's. They quickly diagnosed the problem (starter), and had it repaired by the following day. Their communication was excellent, they were up-front that other customers who had appointments were prioritized (which I respected), their prices were fair, and their work done before their estimated time. “Straight forward approach with honesty in regards to extending the life of my car as long as I can. As someone who only drives a 2500-3000 miles a year, I only do one oil change annually. I came in with the intention of doing an oil change and addressing my concern with a rattle/squealing in the front end which turned out to be a bad water pump. After a simple explanation of what the end game could be if I didn't take care of it, my decision to replace was that much easier. My car sounds and runs good as now, I just have to take the advice and drive it just a little bit more. Dutch's is definitely my new shop, and especially since it's only a few miles from home.”

“My wife’s car broke down while heading to the hospital for my son’s procedure. We panicked and didn’t know what to do, and called Genin’s to see what they could do. I explained my situation to the ladies in the office and they told me just bring it down and they’ll do everything they can to get me back on the road yet later the same day. They gave me a loaner car so I could be with my wife during my son’s surgery. I couldn’t be happier and more impressed with everything they did for me. Thank you again!”
“I am a professional transporter, and put a lot of miles on my vehicle. My brakes went out yesterday, I limped to Madison and boy am I glad I did! Joe was able to fit my truck in at 1 pm, and by 4 pm he had fixed it, test driven it, and I was on my way. Extremely fair price, and he was recommended by another nearby shop who could not fit me in that day. I think I’ve found my new mechanic for when I’m on the road in that area!”

“This was my second time going to Aeschbach’s. Both times I had a great experience. I was greeted with a smile. Their new online system for accepting or declining additional services is something I hadn’t seen before and really appreciated. They had photos right on there of my tires, filters, suspension, etc. I could pay right online before picking up my vehicle. They were able to add the oil change coupon and send me a new bill with a simple text message. They got a ride for me to my office. No complaints. I will definitely return in the future, as they are also reasonably priced compared to other places I’ve been.”
