My kids (5 & 3) were just in for haircuts earlier this week! my daughter had the prettiest, long blond hair but it was getting difficult to maintain and we decided it was time to finally get her hair cut shorter. As a mom, it's an emotional experience when your child gets their first real haircut and I wasn't able to take the kids myself, so my husband did. Not only were the hair cuts fantastic, Tricia also saved a lock of my daughter's hair for me. Something that I was going to ask for, and completely forgot to have my husband ask when he brought them in. Thankful for Tricia for thinking I'd like to keep some, and for making it such a positive experience for the kiddos too. They look great!!

Today's Trends by Tricia is an excellent salon! Chic. Clean, upbeat, comfortable and bright. Tricia is wonderful! Personable, warm, happy, fun, and does an excellent job coloring and cutting hair. She takes her time. Knows what she is doing. She is not only a great stylist but a wonderful person! Great experience! I will be back!

Trish is excellent is all aspects. I frequently get my hair cut, colored, styled. I have also seen her for keratin treatments, waxes, and nails. I have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend the salon and Trish to anyone who asks.

I see Lisa every few weeks and she does a fantastic job! I took my boyfriends son there after a different place messed it up, so bad that he didn't want to go to school, and she was able to fix it. He was very happy! I recommend this place to anyone!

Amanda is the only stylist I will ever trust my hair needs to! She's creative, imaginative and has such a great sense of color and fashion! When I call her up for a special occasion style I know I'm going to have the best hair present. She takes the time to get to know her clients so I can just sit in her chair I know I'm in good hands. It's so easy to call her up and say, "I'm thinking of coloring my hair. Have Fun!" then come in and bam, she knows exactly what would look good for me! She's amazing! This salon is amazing!

I have been a client of Today's Trends for four years. I have felt well taken care of in all aspects of services I received. My stylist, Lisa does a great job with my color/haircut/style. On the few occasions I have pampered myself with a manicure or pedicure, I have always been pleased with the pampering I have received. I LOVE Today's Trends! I tried them initially because I had a coupon and I really liked the woman who did my waxing, Amanda. She is very friendly and I always try to go back to her if my schedule allows it. I recently got a haircut by Tricia and it was one of the best cuts I've had in a long time. I like my hair with lots of layers and most places use a razor. Tricia is old school and uses a scissors. The difference is obvious. My hair is more bouncy, flows and curls better than it has in a long time. I also love the new location. Its bright and inviting. I plan on moving in the next year or so and I will drive from Milwaukee to come back to this place. :)

WORST MANICURE EVER. I went here last week because I needed a haircut and manicure. I initially wanted a shellac manicure, but the stylist said she was not able to do those, so I went with the regular manicure. I should have taken that as a sign of bad things to come, because I received the worst manicure ever. She was afraid to cut my nails as short as I wanted and just ignored clipping the edges of my nails. She completely smudged one nail and ignored it until I asked her to re-do it. She only polished the middle of my nails and it smudged before I even left the store because she put so many layers of polish on. Worst is that she ignored my cuticles. What a waste of $30, my nails look like I did them myself which I might as well have. It would have saved time (she took 90 minutes to do my nails?!?!) and would have looked the same if not better. STAY AWAY!! PS-Haircut was fine, I just asked for a trim. And my stylist was very nice, so I feel bad leaving this review, but the manicure is just terrible. Even my boyfriend noticed how bad it was!

I went to the same girl for the past 3 haircuts. Initially I liked the cut, especially since the price was lower than most cuts for women. After the second cut I was less satisfied but thought "Oh it's fine" Come the 3rd cut I am officially giving up on the stylist. She obviously does not know how to cut permed hair and does not know how to frame the face with layers--at least mine. The layers around the face are cut straight across rather than diagonal and blending. I didn't realize the complete mistakes and miss-cuts (longer pieces of hair she obviously missed) because we styled the hair straight and rounded under. I am totally dissatisfied and feel like I need to wear my hair wrapped in a scarf--I wish I never got it cut there.
