Over the years I’ve rented over a half dozen storage units and The Storage Guy, LLC (Schneider Rd., Middleton WI) is by FAR the best I’ve dealt with. Jeff and Aaron are great to work with - totally professional, very friendly, and most helpful. (Jeff even volunteered to meet us at the facility at 6AM in case he was needed to help with my mover’s arrival!). The place is immaculate inside and out with a variety of units available (including climate controlled). There’s also plenty of parking space which can easily accommodate the largest moving trucks. Highly recommend.

We moved into our climate-controlled unit when we were between apartments. We had to fit our entire home into the unit! The owner was helpful and friendly. Very professional. The entire property is extremely well maintained, our unit was immaculate. Access is easy and secure. They were very accommodating when my husband lost his job, and we struggled with payments. I highly recommend the Storage Guy!

Very clean facilities, customer service, and wide drive lanes. Convenient property with 1 story climate controlled indoor units as well as large garage type units on the perimeter of the property.

GREAT overall experience & place to store your stuff! We had a 24 hour car drive to move across the country, and with the snow storm, he was very flexible & understanding with saving the unit, as it took us a few days longer to get back than planned so that we had a place to store our stuff when we arrived!He was very detailed over the phone when we inquired about the unit, as we were across the country & needed a place asap when we got to WI, and when I showed up to get the unit, everything was exactly how he explained over the phone! He made the check in process super simple & easy. Explained what was expected from both parties of using the units & how to make moving all of our stuff into the unit as easy as possible and showed me where everything was that I could use.The units that we used were climate controlled, VERY clean, had different carts to use to unload our stuff (they were lifesavers), has security pads throughout to ensure only renters can get to the space, they had salt available to put out in case it was icy the day we unloaded, and we were treated with so much respect! My family & I ran into an unexpected problem with a vehicle & Jeff offered to help & drive to where it was, and we were so grateful that he was around & so thankful he took time out of his weekend to help! It was very much appreciated! Everything was super excellent! Nothing can beat great people AND great facilities, and this place has both of them! ⭐️

I have been really impressed with the customer service I was given from Jeff, as I rented my storage unit. He was very quick to set up my account and introduce me to the storage unit. Jeff was extremely professional and explained the sign up, autopay, providing a password, ect. The entire process to learn and use the storage unit was made very easy, and everything thing worked as it should. The storage unit, as well as the grounds of the storage unit are kept extremely clean. They even provide carts for moving items, and a broom should you need to clean up. If you need a storage unit, I would highly recommend The Storage Guy!

I called and was very polite and asked for a storage unit for 1 month. I'm moving and my lease and next apartment do not line up so I need a storage unit. His response was I don't do less than 3 months, are you one of those d*** college students that got kicked out of your apartment. I said I'm in my thirties and that is really rude don't you think. He then hung up.

This place is great. Nice and secure, not sure what the indoor units are like, but the out door units have large doors, some have automatic openers/keypads. Owners are responsive to repairs.

We've had our entire household in climate controlled storage for several months. VERY clean and orderly property. Secure, yet accessible to renters. Customer service is fantastic. Appreciate ability to pay online and have auto payments taken out. A little pricey, but it's worth it.

My husband and I kept our stuff here for ~1.5 years. We loved using this as our storage place. Customer service was great, no flooding. Everything was always clean and bright. It was also really nice to have music/radio on overheard while going through our stuff. They also provided a broom and garbage in the hallway to clean up after ourselves. We only left here because we bought a house. Definitely recommend this place for storage.

New units, facility very well maintained. Fair prices. Owners Jeff and Jim friendly and easy to work with. When we needed a little extra room to maneuver our trailer out of our unit this winterJim plowed snowbanks back for us.

We cannot imagine a cleaner, more organized storage facility. You could eat off the floors. Incredible place and so well owned and managed by Jeff and his partner. We met Jeff prior to delivery of our moving van and on day of moving he was there to rent us another smaller unit if we needed it for overflow. Turns out the movers were able to pack it all in one unit. Jeff was there to make our experience flawless. I would highly recommend this climate controlled facility. It is awesome. Will use it again if ever the need come up. Thank you Jeff for your professional response. Again, I am sorry for the early morning panic phone call.
