Had a long term storage here with no issues or concerns! Team was responsive and helpful during setup and courteous on move out. Great facility: we had no worries about security during use.

I called this place a day before arriving from Wyoming to see if I could get a unit. Jeff was so responsive and was able to get me in the perfect unit. Totally would use his facility again in the future if the need arises.

I have been really impressed with the customer service I was given from Jeff, as I rented my storage unit. He was very quick to set up my account and introduce me to the storage unit. Jeff was extremely professional and explained the sign up, autopay, providing a password, ect. The entire process to learn and use the storage unit was made very easy, and everything thing worked as it should. The storage unit, as well as the grounds of the storage unit are kept extremely clean. They even provide carts for moving items, and a broom should you need to clean up. If you need a storage unit, I would highly recommend The Storage Guy!

Talked to the owner Jeff about renting a unit. He was extremely condescending, rude and downright obnoxious. Can only guess the other reviews are from his friends or maybe he doesn't treat a men like a children being reprimanded. There are too many storage places to put up with being talked down to like this .Even if there weren't, I wouldn't use the unit if it were free. Beyond awful, can't imagine having to deal with him and him actually having my stuff at his facility!

For as lon as I rented from here the guy was nice understanding. Also had multiple storages to move from for a reasonable price. The location was secure and I felt comfortable leaving my stuff there
