I have been shopping here for some time and have generally been very happy with my experience! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to help anyone with questions. The facility is well kept and provides a chill ambiance.I was however very disappointed with their return or reimbursement policy. On two separate occasions I had purchased faulty products. When I attempted to return them or replace (or really anything to make it right) I was told that they were already aware of a batch of faulty products (disposable cart) and that my other item (a cart) was ineligible for a refund or replacement. He was kind enough to offer a 15% discount on a purchase of another product. I appreciate the gesture but after two poor experiences I was not ready or willing to spend even more money on a product that may or may not work and that I have no way of replacing or returning. As a Veteran myself I love supporting Veteran business, but unfortunately this will be my last stop as I don't wish to take the risk.

I was just in with some specific thc needs in mind-not only did the sweet woman with red hair and cupcake pink nails show her knowledge off like a pro, she was also super nice and made a downright PERFECT suggestion. My partner and I have killer anxiety problems, and he especially needs something that helps with pain and leans indica. I told her that our weed needs to meet these requirements and her suggestion was the tasty cotton candy vape cartridge! It really does taste like cotton candy! I have never felt so calm and chilled out on a strain! And I even learned a little something about terpenes :) they have a really cool chart that breaks down terpenes effects. I am absolutely coming back here when I run low. I'd had their products through a friend before and really enjoyed them. Going in person was an awesome and rewarding experience.
