Big shout out to Enrique!!! (store manager at the Middleton location) Enrique has been my go-to person when it comes to handling my commercial account. Numerous large scale commercial projects were a success because Enrique was there to me during my purchases. Thanks Enrique.

Poor customer service. I bought 400$ worth of product in October and immediately tried to return as colors dint match… store manager got back to me a month later and said they cant take returns as paints are tinted , which is fine …. but offered 80$ back as they BILLED me incorrectly…this was during winter break and i was out of town… i went to store couple of times in January but store manager was not around and i was asked to come on a weekday..Final word was that the purchase is over 90 days and they cannot refund me the extra 80$ they charged be wrong…Just find the whole thing so wierd… now i have some 300$ worth of sherwin william paint thats useless and guess what ‘ i was charged 80$ extra for that’

I had a great experience this morning at Sherwin Williams. I was trying to come up with a paint palate for our new house. Dan, the salesperson was so incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain how to find the colors I was interested in and the colors that complimented the colors I chose. It may not seem like a big deal for some people but finding a salesperson who was so willing to help me complete this task was truly the highlight of my day. I hope Sherwin Williams appreciates Dan!

Top notch paint store! Their customer service is always above and beyond any other paint supplier. Alex comes through again and again for me on any of our company's painting needs. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for paint or stain!
