I ordered a pillow online about 1:00 p.m. . Later that day the owner delivered the pillow to my house! I live on the west side of Madison, and was surprised but absolutely delighted to have the pillow to use that very night. What great service.....

Today was the second time I’ve been in this store (drove in from Baraboo). The owner of the store is so kind and helpful. He goes out of his way to help you understand the products, which I really appreciated. I also liked that although they do sell quality, more “luxury” baby items, it didn’t feel pretentious. Both times I came in, I was wearing a sweatshirt and jogger pants/bike shorts and never felt out of place.
I liked looking at the strollers (we were checking out the vista, but they have wagons there as well!), the baby clothes (I like that they carry the Kyte brand and others! It’s so nice to be able to feel them in person vs looking online), and the more natural toys (not plastic). We will definitely be back!

Sophia sold me a Nuna Stroller and she was so kind and helpful when I was trying to find the right color I wanted. She went in the back and looked for the right one.

The owner was knowledgeable and helpful with our hunt for a stroller. He showed us multiple options and functionality. We appreciate having a local store with lots of fabulous options and a friendly staff.

Super happy with this store! We were feeling slightly overwhelmed with what stroller and car seat to purchase. Tapan eased our minds, and was very knowledgeable with answering every question we had! Will definitely be back.

I went in to look at the kyte baby and was planning on purchasing a few items the guy ignored me when I came in and didn’t even say hello. But then another couple came in and the guy went up to them and greeted them and said if they need any help to let him know and continue to walk around and talk with them. I know I don’t have an upper baby visa. And I was not looking my best. I will admit that, but my baby and I were walking around and I decided to stop in and shop a little. Just because I look like I don’t have the money does not mean that I don’t have the money I thought it I will never be getting my money to that place and I will turn away all of my friends who asked if they should go. My babies first birthday is coming up so I wanted to get her a few birthday presents along with my friend’s baby shower. I am so disappointed and I thought I would like the store.

I had been waiting to visit this luxury baby store for weeks! So excited to go in and be able to see some of the products that I was going to buy and to buy them from a local business. However the man was so rude. Definitely gave me a look like I didn’t belong there and was not helpful at all. I did buy a outfit cause I needed it, but decided to order my stroller and car seat from a website due to the rudeness this man put out. They have tons of cute items, but the hospitality is horrifying. I do not recommend.

The store is a warm haven loaded with a large stock of all natural toys, clothing, bedding for babies to toddlers. If you venture past the register, the mattress section invites you to try out the best latex mattresses on the planet. Dan was a pleasure to meet as he showed us all the best that Satara offers in organic sleeping options.
