Worse medical transport in Madison. Madison taxi is better. Richwood will just not show up and won’t even call. Last time I called to find out where my ride was they hung up 3 times and the supervisor did nothing about it. I lost my job dealing with them. They don’t deserve one star.

The company is very disorganized. I think most of it is outsourced or ran by senior citizens that refuse to retire when they should have. Recruiter for the company is Nancy Wills and was smucky and a bit of a loose cannon. I could feel her mood swings in every email.

Would leave ZERO ⭐ if possible. They DO NOT show up, then try to blame the customer so it doesn't go against them. Fought another comp for my ride then called the next morning at pick up time to say they don't have a car to pick me up.?????????

I have been riding with Richwood for over 3 years, so this is not just a hyped up review. This is a company where the customer matters. I'm finishing recovery in 2 days and in no small way, it has alot to due with the truly life changing service Richwood provides. They are they when they say, no matter what! Most every driver I had was professional as it gets, and genuine. I had to go the clinic for roughly 1000+ days in a row. Richwood never let me down. I never could have gotten to where I am without that consistency. From the bottom of this O Wisco's heart THANK YOU!

There are drivers that don't give a f about their clients.. had a driver pulled over and leave me cuz i told him that the address give n didn't exist in that zoo code.. driver refused to call dispatch and blamed me and veyo.. this is 3rd tune they sent him to me.. issues EVERY time cuz he shouldn't be doin this type of work... I filled so many complaints... My advice to who relies on these rides and they don't go right.... Complain really do it we deserve better than to be treated as low income users of the system.. Terribly disorganized company it is embarrassing. Driver never showed up and claimed that we cancelled the appointment. Had to wait an hour for a new driver to finally pick up a MINOR. Just goes to show how this company treats a lot of their customers which often happens to be people with disabilities or people living in poverty and in WI that ALSO happens to be many people of color. Thanks for nothing!

I've used Richwood Transport for helping with my dad to take back and forth to appointments. They are always on time and very courteous. I would definitely suggest to others to use them for their transport needs.

I have issued three complaints I do not know how you stay in business your drivers are late or do not show only one driver Even wore a mask they are rude unprofessional and I m reviewing your company everywhere I can find it the driver said I was just a doser there are plenty of fares we will see they have no showed three times the last time they lied n said they had came your company is a laughing stock that I have not heard one good thing about please just go out of biz n quit wasting peoples time
