“Adopted a new Baby on Thursday ? Meet Bianca! She's doing great and it only took 2 days for her and the other cat to adapt to one another. She follows me EVERYWHERE and cuddles with me at night. When she wants attention (which is always)she drops to a laying position in front of me and cries. She the highlight of my life after losing my home and having to give up my other 2 babies I had because of it. She chose me, she saved me and she gives me something to look forward to everyday. “I've been taking my dog to get groomed here for years with Maya and Molly, who are both great. My dog is super skittish and hates grooming, and they are so good with her. She has a double coat with thick fur and always comes home with about half the fur she left with, which is exactly what she needs.”

“Have been taking my daughters dog there for years. Love Diane an her helper. They are so accommodating, do a great job, an treat the dogs with great respect and care.”
“We have been taking our chihuahua mix to Tailwaggers for boarding when we have to travel without him for two years, and the staff always greets him by name when we drop him off. The daily price for boarding ($50 ish) includes a full day of daycare ($30 ish value), which is so much more reasonable than anywhere else I’ve looked at. During daycare time, the dogs are split into a small dog area and a big dog area. We love visiting the website to watch the small dog area webcam to see what our dog is up to. He loves people and can often be found on the lap of the staff supervising playtime.
When we drop him off, we often schedule for them to trim his nails or do a full bath shortly before we’re scheduled to pick him up. This saves us from a separate trip to the groomer’s and is very convenient and reasonably priced. On occasions when we’ve needed to pick up early or add on an extra day due to changing travel plans, Tailwaggers has always been accommodating.
It would be nice if they could upgrade the quality of their webcams and if their online booking system for boarding & daycare could support adding on grooming services, but I still give Tailwaggers Verona 5 stars.”

“Working in customer service, I always try my best to leave good reviews when I receive great service! Most people only like to mention the negatives so I want to point out the positives too! I went there tonight (7-1-24) around 6:30pm and they only had two staff members on their floor with long lines on both registers. Being short staffed is a huge issue right now for all businesses, but they were able to maintain great customer service, get everything done as quickly as possible and still keep a smile on their face through the crazy rush! Props to everyone that was working tonight! You guys are awesome!”

“If you’re looking for variety in pet supplies, this is the place! I’m primarily an aquarist when it comes to pets, and they stock a lot of equipment from various brands. I haven’t bought a ton of fish here, but the ones that I have, are doing well! My daughters like coming to see the big tortoise they let tour the store for exercise. Nice variety of birds too! Not always the cleanest store, but it’s a pet store with that said.”

“I go here for my all things cat related. Prices are comparable to Pet Smart and less than Mad Cat as well as Tabby and Jacks. The service is spotty at times, but better than Tabby and Jacks (would not go there again). Mounds has about anything you need for your animal.”
