Old school craftsmanship seems to be a thing of the past, replaced by big box stores and chains. If you're sick of that, and have something precious to be framed; a family photo, a jersey, coins, a map, an engraving, an autographed picture or print; anything at all that you care about, you MUST take it to Meuer Art, on Old Sauk Road. A business with 100+ year history, it still does wonders when it comes to craftsmanship and attention to detail, that comes with a smile and friendly service, and at a price you can afford. Your treasures and heirlooms deserve it. Meuer Art also carries an array of framed original paintings, prints, and other artwork, coasters, greeting cards, tabletop frames; it's really worth a visit, and it's a small local business you'll be glad you found. Don't try the chain frame shops; you'll be sorry you did, and quite frankly you deserve better!

A small piece of art had the glass shatter. Took it to Meuer and not only was the cost of repair so reasonable it took them no time at all. Also the gentleman I worked with was so kind. Highly recommend!

I would give them a 5 for customer service. They helped me with photos I ordered as tiles that could not stay stuck on wall. I have been going to order from mpix i did and all they did was fall off the wall. They gave me a flat hook to try and it worked. Thank you. They also did beautiful framing for my daughter.!!! Great friendly shop!

Elissa was warm, friendly and soooo helpful and knowledgeable. Meuer has been my go-to place for picture framing for over 40 years. And today's experience was a perfect example of why. Finding the right frame for my Packers Stock Certificate was easy--just match the framing of my Packers superbowl victory ticket and coin replicas. But finding the right framing for my husband's Stock Certificate was a challenge and Elissa made it simple and easy. They are the experts!

Great local picture, art and frame shop located on the far west side of Madion.I had a Brewers poster custom framed by Meuer. It turned out fantastic. The lady who help was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She took time to help me and offer advice on how my poster should be framed and matted.It was ready within 2 weeks. She told me the price upfront and said payment would be due at pick up. I highly recommend visiting yo look at the wide range of neat local artist pictures they have in stock.A great place to find a neat unique gift or to have your artwork framed.

Dropped off two pieces for framing. I'm completely ignorant of the entire process, but I was still very comfortable. Very friendly staff. No pressure at all. I'm excited to pick up the finished work. Further bulletins as events warrant.Update-Picked up my pieces. The work is phenomenal. Worth every penny . I went with the museum glass. Rather pricey, but I will tell you the ends justify the means here.Meuer had my work done a week early. They were friendly, extremely patient, and walked me through the process. I had a great time there. I'm very happy with their work. Highly recommended. Absolutely will do business with them again .

Great shop with lovely art work. Chuck is super sweet and helpful. We bought two Wisconsin themed paintings as gifts and had excellent service both times. Both of friends who got the gift were thrilled with it! I would highly recommend it!
