I’ve shopped here for many years. Yesterday a store manager was giving a $10 gift card to the customer next to me for her “inconvenience of waiting for a price check.” I’ve never seen that before. The cashier I was at had never seen that before. Left me wondering what the rules are for handing out gift cards.

We went into their home section and found a little black meditating elephant. The trunk was broken and one of the tusks was also broken. It was about 6" tall, but we thought it was still cute. Since it had no tag we brought it to the front to see what they could do with the price. For is $12 broken knickknack they only wanted to give $2 off. When I offered $5 it was a no. They would rather throw something away. It got thrown in a bin damaging it further and we left. Their attitude is why we don't shop there often
