not the first time i have ordered from Madisound, and usually they are very helpful, but this time the order came damaged, one tweeter had the dome guard bent to the tweeters surround, while the other two tweeters had the guard unglued from the factory, not damaged but unglued. contacted Madisound, and the customer rep's response was oh well, nothing i can do for you. last time i will deal with them, no need to escalate it further

I have known and bought from Madison for years. I meet Larry the previous owner at a Michigan diy show. I walked in there room and fell in love with BK 16 kit on tube amps. Now a days the staff is friendly and helpful and always answers my questions. They are very helpful and carry the most stock of any supplier in the United States. Thanks for always keeping up with the times and most current stock of any new products that come out. Thanks for all you do. A friend and buyer for life.

Fast shipping, but was somewhat disappointed by the drivers I purchased. Both had good reviews. I left reviews - one 4 star and one 2 star about a week ago. Neither have shown up. Now I don't feel confident that they are allowing negative reviews through.

Highly, highly recommended! I had some existing components for a crossover build and was referred to Madisound for some additional parts I needed. I actually thought they were a retail store and walked straight into the office. Still, Adam took great care of me, helping me decide on the best parts for my the build, and offered some great reassurance to this first time DIY speaker maker. Highly recommend their products, and their customer service was top notch for me. Thanks Adam!

With Madison sound support and products I have built some of the best sounding speakers I've ever owned. I have been into audio since the 70's and have heard and built some great systems but with Madison have taken it to a new level!

Unfortunately I had a problem on a pair of speakers that had a dinged cone and didn't really match each other. I contacte Madisound and Brian was a pleasure to deal with and I just received the replacements.

Great service from initial informative emails about options, through to rapid packaging and postage ... and only took eight days to get to me, from USA to Australia, exactly as stated originally!
