I went down to get a meal at the bar during my stay, and Zoey was incredible. She was super friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service! The hotel overall was great.

We booked everything last minute for a night away, and the experience was great! What really made it was the bartender, Mike D. We were wondering around on the main level literally looking up the many dining options in the immediate area. We stopped at the bar for a menu out of curiosity and Mike’s personality blew us away! He was unbelievably accommodating and engaging! We could’ve gone anywhere and that made us stay there for our entire evening. Unbelievable service and truly the best experience we’ve ever had going out on a date night! We will be returning on a regular basis and planning our weekend getaways around staying at the Marriot West for our dining, drinking and room accommodations. Thank you so much, Mike!

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with warmth and amazing hospitality. Our room was well maintained and exceeded our expectations. We were on the fence about dining at the Great Room, but the friendly smile and spectacular service from Mike D lured us to stay and enjoy the amazing food, drinks and atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here.

Easy to find off the highway, clean rooms. My only complaint is the the restaurant and bar close at 10 pm. Also there isn't any breakfast options except a buffet.

Sam was an absolute legend every step of the way. From the moment we walked in he was respectful, kind and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again at this exact Marriot because of him. You rock Sam!

We stayed here for the State Middle School Basketball Championships and it was wonderful. The hotel is great for families and large groups. The lobby area was awesome for our team to get together and hang out. The pool was fun for my kids also. The fitness center was perfect for me. The hotel gives off Vegas/Large city vibes which was fun for my 7 year old. Even though we were in Madison. It’s located by so many restaurants and shops. We also ate at the bar one night and the Southwest Cobb Salad was literally one of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend. Our room was clean and comfortable. Sandy was at the desk when we walked in and she was so kind and welcoming!
