Posted online that it was open until 11, and I showed up at 10:06 PM, and I called the store somebody answered and immediately hung up the phone and then all I got when I called back was a busy signal horrible service

We are new Electric Vehicle owners and we stopped at Kelley's to try charging our car (They HAVE an EV Charger there!) We were having some trouble using the charger (we hadn't set up our account) when Mike the manager came out to assist us. Mike even let us use his account to charge our car enough to make it back to Madison.

Bought cigarettes and a pint of creamer for coffee at a house party that needed creamer and a few packs of sugar. I was asked if I was making a purchase when clearly I spent over $10. The older woman told me I couldn't take the few sugar packs. I told her to charge me whatever. Felt very unwelcome and non customer friendly. Will never go back.

First have your employees wear masks not wearing them is very disrespectful to everyone clean up your store especially the new one on Alpine it looked like a dump no marking on the floor very very bad to allow not to follow the law. Will no longer go to any of them because you do not care if your associate spread the virus very bad business decision.

Abysmal customer service by way of threatening and extremely unprofessional behavior on the part of the staff at the 1010 Davison Dr Sun Prairie WI location. My brother, who is white and has dredlocked hair was verbally assaulted by the staff who were apparently on a smoke break outside. He felt very uncomfortable and was afraid to go inside to purchase a beverage. I feel that managers should have a discussion with their staff regarding appropriate behavior and basic civility.
