I had a very pleasant experience...good and friendly service. While I didn't get water, I didn't necessarily expect it. Businesses have been hard hit during COVID so I can understand their not being able to consider adding frills right now.

Totally agree with the other reviewers. JJill is frequently my go to for decent quality basics: PureJill, Wearever ..... it's comfy, polished and holds up well. I've been a JJill shopper for well over 20 years. Today I drove an hour to get to this shopping venue. I'm a woman, I drove an hour and drank water along the way ..... got the picture? When I entered JJill I knew I'd be able to shop more leisurely if I could use their restroom. Nope! I was told to walk to the end of a block of stores to a public restroom. Ha! Fortunately I knew that the Soft Surroundings store directly across the street had a restroom. I entered Soft Surroundings, made my inquiry and was immediately escorted to a beautiful restroom! And then I took my money and spent it on their beautiful clothes - a lot of money! And while I was in the fitting room, I was offered a bottle of water. A FULL size bottle of water. Truly JJill - take note and up your game! Women want service and other stores are offering it!

My first visit to J. Jill and I loved it. Barbara was AMAZING. She was honest, not pushy and friendly. I will be returning to J. Jill and making an appointment with Barbara to help me on my next shopping trip. I am grateful that she was there today to guide me in the right direction.
