Jenn always takes the time to talk through what my options are. She never encourages me to do something that she knows I wouldn't be happy with. She takes the time to get to know her clients so she can style their hair in the most manageable amd flattering way possible. Also, she is a perfectionist, which is a great trait in stylists!
