Absolutely wonderful stay! Have stayed here several times and never any problems at all! All staff are very friendly and welcoming!Plenty of breakfast options and outdoor seating as well. Hot tub and pool make for a nice place to relax.Free wifi that works just fineEasy walk to nearby shopping and restaurants

I called a couple times before making a reservation about early a.m shuttle and was told that it was available. After driving almost 2 hours to the hotel, I'm told that it does have it for the early time I needed. Had to pay for an Uber to the airport. The gentleman who checked me in had a slight attitude regarding the situation and tossed my check in cards on the counter instead of handing then to me as I stretched my hand out. I had no choice to stay because I was dropped off with the understanding of the shuttle. Other than that, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean.

I booked a room for the night to celebrate my birthday in the Madison area. The building and room amenities were modern and in great condition, considering this location is fairly new. The desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I can't forget to mention the continental breakfast that had a solid and fresh variety of hot and cold items. Definitely don't pass it up in the morning. Looking forward to staying here again the next time I'm in town.

We recently reserved a block of rooms on behalf of friends/relatives attending a memorial service a few blocks away from the hotel.I would like to thank Holiday Inn Express for their wonderful service, professionalism and overall kindness. Our friends that stayed at Holiday Inn were delighted with their accommodations. Their rooms were bright, comfortable, and clean.Thank you Sarah W. and to all that made their stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was very good compared to other recent hotel stays. Great for a business stayover or a weekend family visit to Madison. Staff was professional and friendly.

Room was clean, pretty quiet, but the whirlpool was luke warm at best, about the same temp as the pool. Was hoping to relax some sore muscles but I guess I have to settle for a hot shower.Food & drinks: There's an Arby's, Taco Bell, Subway, a steakhouse, Costco, and Monks Sports Bar, all in close walking distance

I want to thanks John. He really helped me out and I appreciate it. He clearly knows what he is doing and is all about helping.My stay was nice. The hotel was clean, my room was too. There was another team there but the hotel was quiet and not crazy. The little “store” with drinks, snacks was amazing. It came in handy at night. The PM/night front desk lady was super friendly and helped me out with my reservation as well. She recommended us places to eat at and gave us some coupons the hotel is within walking distance of bars, and close distance of the hockey arena. Over all a great hotel.

Clean, quiet, and great location. Staff is so friendly: front desk, housekeeping and breakfast attendant keep this hotel in great shape and welcoming. Stayed on and off for 4 months and never disappointed. Close to great restaurants, Costco and just 15 - 20 minutes to downtown.Workout room is well equipped and also always clean. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to say thanks to Jon at the front desk.We had to cancel one night last minute. He was very helpful and even took extra time to explain how to work with the second party online booking agent to cancel it without cancellation fees.Lesson learned, his advice OK to use online sites to look for availability but then directly call the the hotel to book, it would have saved a huge hassle. Thanks again Jon!Only issue was shower water was only warm. Bearable but not getting hot.We where on the 4th floor near the end so I know it can be tricky to not make it to hot near the water heater while also being warm at the end of the water run. But hopefully they can tweak it some.

Well managed hotel with clean everything (rooms, breakfast, gym, etc). A nice variety of breakfast selections that are stocked until the end of breakfast. A wonderful gym and pool also sets this above the rest.
