  My storage unit had a very high ceiling, the space would comfortably store an SUV. Because I moved out of the storage unit and was paid months in advance I was promptly sent a check in the mail for what I had overpaid upon moving outEvergreen is professional and transparent; look forward to working with Evergreen in the future.

  I rented a unit here for about a year and I still feel like it is the best value in the area. My unit was 10x20 and was half the price of any other storage unit I called. The building itself is older and doesn't look like much, but I had no issues with water or anything getting into my belongings. I no longer needed a storage unit so I am not renting at the moment, but if I ever find myself in need of a storage unit again I'll definitely be calling up Evergreen.
