5 stars all the way for Enterprise Middleton Ford location. The most personalized service we’ve ever experience w/ a car rental company. This branch proves that wonderful customer service still exists. Thank you Jacob, Nicole & Cung for all you did! And shout out to Greg for some much needed follow up. They each played a part in ensuring my boss got to his anniversary dinner on time. Staffing was limited, most cars were rented due to one of the biggest expos in town & somehow they managed to deliver the car in person so my boss could grab the keys & go - literally saving him an hour due to his location. Bonus, the happy wife was surprised he made it home to take her out for their anniversary dinner. And, as his Exec Asst, the team made me look good too! A win for all.

Recently rented a car due to body shop work being done on mine. I dealt with Nicole, the branch manager. Nicole was extremely helpful, polite and professional. She made the entire process proceed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Enterprise in Middleton if you need a rental for whatever reason.

I went through Geico for my insurance, went in to the location on 200 west beltline Hwy. They told me that they had my reservation through the middleton location for the 5th. I did not schedule that reservation, I did get a call form enterprise but told them that I did not know where I intended to go for my repairs at that point.I called them to understand why this happened. Was spoken to an employee who was unable to help(due to no cars) and was not at all sympathetic towards my situation. She instead told me that she can't talk to me cause I was upset and told me she will get the manager on the phone. As of this moment it has been 30 minutes since I have been able to speak with someone.Edit: I got to speak with the manager Nicole over there, she was sympathetic and helpful. It does mean that I will have to come back to the same location in 3 hours but I atleast she gave it her best shot instead of the employee I spoke with who was rude( not without reason tbh but not able to understand that I am frustrated and would just like to speak to a manager)

I was directed to Enterprise Rent-A-Car after being in an accident, and the system was seamless. They had someone pick me up from the auto shop, I was able to select my preferred sedan, and they checked in a day after I got the car to make sure everything was okay and ask if I had any questions. After getting my repaired car, I was able to leave the rental car at the auto shop for them to retrieve. Great experience all the way around. Special thanks to Gregory for great service and checking in. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

Had a rental, due to harsh winter/snow conditions I wasn’t able to drop car off at the Belt-line Branch. Drop box made it easy and safe for me to return rental.

Have rented vehicles from this location (Enterprise Middleton) three times over the last 16 months. Enterprise employees have been helpful in matching rental vehicles with our specific needs. Each time we have rented it has been a positive experience with the employees and the vehicles have performed up to par.

Car selection is small so you won't get what you want same day. They bring cars over from other shops & places so it might take a couple days. Definitely have to plan a head. Service is good, the staff was friendly and explained everything in depth.

Miserable experience that is still causing me headaches. My car was hit by another person in a parking lot. That person's insurance took full responsibility for the accident. They are to pay Enterprise, not me. They are dragging their feet paying, thus Enterprise tells me it's my responsibility to figure it out. They tell me that if the insurance (again, not my insurance) doesn't pay, then they will "come after me" for the full payment. Who talks to a customer like that? Awful management (it was the manager speaking to me like this). I gave the number of the claims adjuster to Enterprise so they could talk to them and they still harass me. This isn't my job! Instead of getting their money from the insurance company, they now have sent me to their debt collection. This is being handled in the worst possible way. All to collect money from me that I don't owe them. And a manager that uses the phrasing "we will come after you" really shouldn't be in a management position. Completely awful. I would rather walk everywhere I have to go over using this Enterprise ever again.

The absolute worst Enterprise we have ever had to work with anywhere in the country. This place use to have an awesome staff and somewhere in 2021 they got new staff and completely lost what was a 5 star rating. Over an hour check out with a scheduled reservation and now going in an hour return with NO staff around. Phone has been ringing non stop as well. Corporate also said a manager from here would call me. Well, we're here, where is the manager???

Rented a car for a three week driving vacation. The car we initially received had some mechanical issues (no fault of Enterprise), and I requested a different car after driving the first one for a day. The agent, Madison, was super responsive and did all in her power to get us into another car with a caring and concern for our needs. As a result, we had an excellent trip in a perfect vehicle.
