“Well stocked, great selection. Didn't have everything I was looking for, but I got 80% of what I went there for. I got several kitchen cupboard organization items, but they didn't have the bowls I wanted. *French shrug* Nobody's perfect! . The store was bright and clean, the staff were polite and professional.”

“So fantastic that The Dollar Tree store on S. Whitney Way is now open again?!, and I'd like to add compliments especially for checkout person, Geraldo, Thank You for being helpful, (cordial) like a business would be run, but with a very friendly type atmosphere, makes me want to return several more times galore, especially since I live in those brand new apartments right across the street?! “I absolutely love this place! Its location is perfect, the staff is very helpful and polite, and everything is such a good price but literally the same brands as everywhere else, just cheaper! They also have produce that is fresh and clean. Since it's been open, I've gotten nearly all my groceries here and I've only been happy!”

“I was at this Dollar Tree location near Gammon Rd. on Saturday 4/22 and Sunday 4/23, but didn't notice abut what days and hours they are open, but anyways, I'd gotten very great service from Store Manager Sonia and her helper, Hakeem, incidentally, the only 2 employees at this store! If it were within my power, they would both receive double pays raises for friendliest and helpful info, etc., I know it's their job but I appreciate it all that much more?!”

“I want to bring to your attention some concerning issues at the Dollar Tree in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.

Since February, the store has had four different managers, which seems like a high turnover rate.

However, my concern isn't just with the individual managers, but with the overall treatment of the employees by the company.

It's been observed that they do not provide a living wage and have unfair working conditions.

Prior to February, there was an expectation for management to keep the store open at all costs, even working beyond their salaried hours without compensation. This was brought to the attention of the state authorities, as it was essentially illegal.

Having worked in customer service and retail for over 20 years, I have never experienced such poor treatment from a company before. The district managers seem to lack the necessary support and are not addressing the needs of the stores adequately.

Requests for help have been made, but unfortunately, assistance is often directed to already well-staffed stores, neglecting those that are struggling with staffing issues.

I urge shoppers to be understanding and patient when visiting this store, as the staff is often limited. Not all employees are trained to work at the register, as some also need to focus on stocking the shelves due to insufficient staffing. It's important to remember that the challenges faced by the staff are due to the company's inadequate allocation of resources. Please be kind to the employees, and be patient. They are limited by what corporate is willing to do.

All about the almighty dollar... corporate greed.”
