We don’t shop anywhere else! My engagement ring and 10 year band for both from Diny’s. They are so great to work with, even when we lived out of state for a couple years. The staff has always treated us like family. They are so patient with me when I have a million questions and show me numerous options when I can’t determine exactly what I want. Highly recommend!

I was looking to purchase a piece of jewelry that would welcome my future son-in-law and signify that I want our relationship to be like a mother/son. I wasn’t sure what I wanted - a ring, a bracelet, a necklace. I was hesitant about a necklace, even though that’s what I really wanted, because I wear my grandmother’s necklace every day. With their help, I realized I could stack the two. Now I have a beautiful new piece that nestles between my grandmother’s. It was also important that there wasn’t a clearly defined “first” in the line of the branch, so they randomized it. If I’m blessed with a grandchild or two, their birthstones can also be added. I love it and appreciate the patience and kindness of the entire team.

We’ve been doing business with Diny family for years. They have proven to be trustworthy and reliable year after year. Have become our “go-to” for exceptional jewelry and service. Come back from Ohio now when we need ‘em — worth an 8+ hour drive? We think so.

Just called Diny’s with a question and the employee who answered was condescending and rude. Do jewelers not understand that in these times a customer needs to be able to trust a jeweler. Sometimes that relationship begins on the phone with a first impression. Will be going elsewhere.

This is a family owned business, and I have to say, they made me feel like part of the family. Time was lost just chatting and sharing about our lives. What a connection. What personal care. I look forward to going back and I cannot recommend them enough! Oh, and very knowledgeable!! A great place!

BUYER BEWARE: Do NOT purchase your jewelry from here! They do not stand behind their product, mark it up many times market value, give inaccurate appraisals, and don't care that they do this.I am so disappointed that I'm writing this review. My fiance and I purchased our wedding bands from here in January 2023 during a very large sale they were having and spent several thousand dollars. We felt like we got a great deal on our rings and kept them in a safe until our wedding late this summer. I couldn't wait to wear it!We got married in August, so I've only worn my wedding band for 3 months, and had a diamond fall out this week. I called Diny's the same day I noticed it to see if they had a warranty on the ring since it wasn't even a year old, and was worn for only a few months. They told me there's nothing they could do, and that I was on my own and I should just submit an insurance claim. They did not stand behind their product or even apologize to me for a faulty band!I did as they recommended and submitted a claim with my insurance. I went to a different jewelry store with my appraisal of this ring from Diny's in hand to get a repair estimate. I was told there that my ring appraised for three times what it's actually worth, and that they sell the same ring for 1/3 of the price! They told me they hoped I didn't actually spend as much money on the ring as it was appraised for because it's not worth nearly that much. Diny's marked it up 3 times retail and then made us feel like we were getting a great deal on this ring when they marked it down during their "Sale". I now don't trust their appraisal on my husband's wedding band we also purchased from them the same day.Additionally, the jeweler I had look at it to get a repair estimate told me that every single prong is in really bad shape, and I likely need to have each diamond removed and have all of the prongs built up on the entire ring. He said that it may just be better/less expensive to completely replace the setting altogether and have the diamonds reseated in a new ring. They actually had their goldsmith look at the band, and noted that it looks like Diny's took a small eternity band and made it fit in the style I ordered instead of providing me with a brand new setting. It wasn't even the right ring mount to start with and it had been polished so many times that the tips are in bad condition. There is also significant pitting in the section that they cut and soldered the new part creating a large point of weakness.To say I am devastated is an understatement! This is the ring I promised my husband forever with, and now I may have to have it replaced due to poor craftmanship, deceit, and no apology!I really tried to do the right thing and support a small, local business, but all I got was scammed. Lesson learned! I will never return to purchase anything else from this establishment, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone so that no one else experiences what my husband and I did. Be sure you get a new, independent appraisal on all of your jewelry from here because I'd guess it doesn't give an accurate value of the item! BUYER BEWARE

Recently I had some custom work done on a ring and it turned out exactly as I imagined! I also just purchased 2 pairs of earrings and was told it would be about a week for them to come in and they were here in 3 days!!! I appreciate that they treat you like a friend every time you walk in the door.

We went to Diny’s to have my 9 year old daughter’s ears pieced. They were so great with her and made her very comfortable. We have returned for more earrings and the service was just as great.
