“I absolutely love this place!! The people here are so great. There's always someone around to help. The place is very organized. The back where they have the bathrooms isn't cute like the rest of the store. It's actually a little spooky, but it's really not. The prices here are so so good, a sale for something nice is always so good and worth it. The people here are doing a great Job. There's a lady who is always Soso sweet she's been there for 10 years and is the best thing. Thank you”

“Since it's holiday time, you need to go in with a positive attitude that it's gonna be very busy and you just need patience, patience, patience. They have a lot of items, a little disorganized because there's a lot of big carts that haven't been put out on the shelf that you have to walk around and manipulate. The last 2 times I've been there. They've only had 2 or 3 people at the registers with the line backed up of 10 people. I would recommend more staff at the registers, but also staff on the floor to help with people wanting to know where items were. Several people kept looking for on the floor staff members to have them assist them”
“Regular customer until they ran out of my medication for 3rd time. No one told me, nor called me back in line. They just let me sit, waiting, wondering what was going on. Finally at 1 hr. Mark I asked the cashier what was wrong. At that point, I was informed they were out of my meds. I left, went home, called UW Pharm, they Transferred & filled it deal done! Time to get new policy and pharmacist!”

“Customer service amazing no matter where you go in your travels, we were passing through from our travels. Had ordered from food court and did some shopping. Got back on road to final destination only to find out we were short on an item from the food court. Called Costco the next day letting them know what happened, explained about our travels and not planning to return that way as it was 94 miles from our destination. Manager was more than happy to assist with refund back to credit card over the phone. THANK YOU Costco, you take care of your members for sure.”
