Burn Boot Camp is BY FAR the best community-oriented group fitness place I've been to! I never was generally into group setting workouts as I enjoyed my own space by myself to work on my fitness goals. Burn brings a different aspect of challenge that has allowed me to enhance my fitness and wellness journey, as well as meeting the most amazing, kind, and motivating instructors & members! The owners Sammi & Colton are absolutely incredible and are consistently working toward bettering the space + doing anything to help in a mission to better the community!! It's a must try if you haven't been- you will wonder why you didn't try it earlier!!

Burn Boot Camp Middleton is an amazing community. I love the atmosphere.The group fitness setting is so supportive and motivating. The combo of strength and cardio camps creates a nice balance for my workouts. The owners, Sammi and Colton, are the best. I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp- Middleton!

I have been in and out of a member at Burn for about 5 years now! Starting with one of their ‘commit to fit’ and ‘raise the bar’ challenges, then off while training for a marathon, then came back and did countless at home workouts with trainers through the computer screen through COVID, then off during my 1st pregnancy and postpartum journey. Then back for my second pregnancy and now postpartum again. All in all to say Burn will welcome you with open arms wherever you are at in your life/journey and will understand if you have to come and go! They will help you work through modifications (pregnancy or injuries) and are always there to motivate with a smile, more weights, or a high five. Coming back to Burn right before my 2nd pregnancy was the best decision. Working out pregnant and early postpartum is such a hard time to stay motivated when you’re so tired and raising a toddler, but seeing the smiling faces when you get to the gym, and taking that ‘me time’ is everything. They offer 9 camp times M-Th, 8 on Fridays, and 3 on Saturdays so there’s always a time that fits for everyone. Free yoga, focus meetings, inbody scale, events, weekend camp schedule on most holidays, kids camps, fundraisers, dress-up days, you name it. You don’t want to miss out on being a part of this special gym family. Come join us!! You won’t look back after you do.

A few months in, I can say I'm for sure happy with my decision to become a member at Burn Boot Camp Middleton. The trainers are upbeat and supportive, and the gym space is clean and airy. I joined to boost my mental health and physical health, both of which are uplifted by each camp. I'm also glad they have yoga two mornings a week for an active recovery option. It's the perfect complement to higher intensity workouts. I've also made nice friends from Burn, which was also a hope in becoming a member here. The trainers encourage community building, which is great!! Love this gym.

Great workouts, great trainers - the prices are SUPER steep, though. The cost of a monthly membership at Burn is 2.5 times the cost of either Harbor Athletic Club or Princeton Club. The community at Burn is great, but a membership at one of the other locations (Harbor/Princeton) still offers more amenities for my entire family and at much lower costs than Burn Bootcamp. The instructors and their motivation are also great, but while they encourage modifying the exercises to fit your abilities, there isn't any kind of form correction or specific exercise instruction, so there is a barrier of having some base knowledge of how to do these exercises correctly and safely prior to joining. To anyone looking for a workout opportunity, wait for their seasonal deals and in the meantime shop elsewhere for a membership.

I have been going to Burn for 7 years now and it has changed my life for the better in EVERY way possible. The workouts are set up to meet all fitness levels and in over 1800 camps I have never done the same workout twice. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The community is unmatched. We are truly a family- working to support each others' goals in/out of the gym. I don't know where I would be without Burn Bootcamp. It is a MUST try if you have ever thought about joining!

I have been going to Burn Boot Camp in Middleton for a few years. It’s more than a gym, but a community of people pushing you and encouraging you. I have found so much strength and confidence here- and it keeps me coming back to camp every day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team.

I was timid to go try something new. Working out wasn't new to me, but two kids and a pandemic put working out on the back burner.My first class everyone was honestly welcoming and not in a fake way, truly supportive of each other. The second class was the same way as well and I bet the future classes will be too!The workout was full body, not boring and left feeling much better mentally and physically and better able to tackle the rest of the day.Ill be back!

I’ve been going to Burn for a few years now and still love it! It’s the one consistent thing that I do just for me. Because of Burn, I’ve grown stronger and have made some amazing friends along the way.

I love this gym! I joined January 2023 to prepare for a 15k Tough Mudder after only running and doing yoga for years. With the support of the owners, trainers and other members, I have become stronger than ever, seeing muscles I never knew I had, and having the confidence and strength to get through the Tough Mudder unscathed. Coming to the gym and being a part of such a great community has been so rewarding. Thanks, Sammi and Colton and everyone else!

Can’t recommend this fitness community enough! Owners Colton and Sammy, along with their training staff, are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always willing to meet you where you are in your fitness journey and progress toward your goals. Anyone, no matter their fitness level or ability, can get a great workout at Burn Middleton! Complimentary child watch and 1-1 focus meetings enhance the membership and make it a great value!

This is the best gym I have ever belonged to. I moved to Wisconsin from the east coast and was quickly introduced to what they call “midwest nice.” Everyone at the gym was so welcoming - including the members! I felt like I joined a family, which was so comforting when my family was over 600 miles away. The trainers are absolutely incredible and motivate you to do your best not just on the floor but throughout the day. The workouts are tough with plenty of modification options. When I started a year and a half ago, I was modifying down majority of the workouts, but today I am amazed at the progress I’ve made as I modify UP most movements! It is amazing to have a coach that stops and spends time with you to make sure your form is correct so that you are not only working out safe, but targeting the correct muscles. I would recommend this place to anyone!!P.S. sign up for checkins because I saw amazing results doing these and wish I started earlier!

The workouts here are top notch, but what makes this place even better are the trainers and owners. You can tell the owners are hands on and very involved at their gym. Great place!
