After waiting for AAA to get us assistance for an hour and a half, I decided to call Bill's directly, and they were there in less than 30 minutes! Quick, professional, and overall very helpful in a stressful situation. Would recommend!

I cannot state how great that I feel about this business everyone that I interacted with went well beyond the extra mile to help me. I had car problems and not only were they handled quickly and efficiently but every employee was exceedingly friendly and know2ledgeable. I am a 77 year old person from out of state and they could have taken advantage of me very easily, but instead they helped in every way possible from finding phone numbers to helping me take care of my problems. Let me just state that if you ever have the misfortune to have auto problems, the best thing that could happen to help you take care of your problem would be for that Bill's tow truck to appear, because you will be dealing with people who genuinely care about you and your problem.

I needed a jump on a very cold day after the most recent snowstorm. All towing companies were very busy. When I called I was told an hour, maybe less. It was 2 hours before they arrived but when he did arrive, the young man was quick, polite and efficient. I was able to prepay via a text message sent, making that easy as well.

Bill's Towing and Automobile Repair was a great experience from the time needing their service and the care they provided my father during a rainy, foggy and dark evening. They were timely and patient with him and that was priceless. Ron was helpful the next day when we picked up the vehicle. Thank you!!!

Awesome work by Ron! Dad's car went off the beltline on a really bad foggy night. Ron was as gentle as Santa delivering our gift back home! Thanks again, Ron, and Thank you, Bill's Towing for being there when so desparately needed??

Driver was great to work with, salvaging a star here, but as another review noted- this is not actually a repair shop. It's probably helpful to get people to hire the tow by listing it in the business name, but (if repairs were found to be needed after extracting the vehicle) taking it to their shop was clearly not an option in reality.

TL:DR - Bill's held my car hostage, damaged it while it was in their possession, then was unresponsive to attempts to contact re: damages. This summer I was in a car/deer accident. Bill's was dispatched by my insurance to tow my car. Instead of taking it to the repair lot as instructed, they took it back to their lot. After a couple of days of not taking the car to the shop, they stated that my insurance needed to contact them to authorize release. We found out it was because they wanted $1400 for the tow. Insurance took steps to get that in motion, but Bill's still would not release the car and insisted they had to deliver it, which delayed the process further. Finally they got my car to the repair shop.Once I got my car back after repairs were completed, I discovered that there was other damage (rear bumper and quarter panel, and center console). Had clear evidence that the damage was not present when the car was loaded onto the truck but was present when it arrived at the repair shop. Bill's was unresponsive to myself, the repair shop, my insurance agent, and the contracting company between insurance and Bill's. Eventually we were able to get payment from the contracting company who advised they would continue to follow up with Bill's. Don't know what ever came of that.(I am posting this to both Bill's locations - I believe towing was dispatched from Middleton but intake and followup was handled through Lodi location.)
