I had an appointment with Violet for a balayage, and I was initially pleased with her friendly and approachable demeanor. However, I was quite dissatisfied with the outcome of the balayage. Despite showing Violet several pictures of caramel brunette balayage at the beginning of the appointment, the result was the opposite of what I had requested. The balayage is noticeably uneven, with some sections significantly thicker and bolder than others, the color turned out to be very yellow and required two rounds of toner to partially correct. Even after Violet used toner twice to try to correct it, the result was still far from satisfactory.
In addition to the balayage, I had asked for layers and curtain bangs, but unfortunately, the cutting was subpar. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with the service and I now need to find another stylist to rectify the situation.
Furthermore, I want to mention that I found the receptionist, Sam, to be unwelcoming and unfriendly, which added to my overall negative experience.

I left feeling extremely underwhelmed and disappointed considering I booked with one of their top level 8 artist. Hair cut isn’t ugly, however not how I asked for it to be cut. I specifically asked to keep my hair a certain length and she chopped way more off and didn’t communicate throughout. I brought a couple pics and she didn’t even bother to look at them. She basically did what she wanted and was comfortable with, which sucks because it’s not what I wanted!! It was very rushed as well, they don’t allow extra time for appointments but don’t seem to be able to complete service to satisfactory in the time frame allotted. I felt it was unprofessional not to communicate that and allow me to book with a different stylist who is willing to help me achieve MY hair goals.
Update: been over a month and they have done nothing to make it right. Impossible to talk to anyone. They really do NOT care. RUN FAR FAR AWAY.

Had an appointment with one of the higher paid stylists. Bayalage and women's haircut. Best shampoo ever, and I liked their fountain. The cut wasn't what I wanted, like, she had no clue. I told her if it needed thinned to do it in the underlayers so it didn't show at all. She gave me obvious layers and so now it looks frizzy and frumpy, like it's straight out of the 1990's or something. Instead of bayalage, which I'm not sure she can do because she completely wanted to avoid the subject, I had highlights and low lights, and they're both really extreme and I wanted something subtle and natural. The lowlights look nearly black and the highlights look very cool platinum. It's been a couple weeks and I think after another week I'll just look like a freak or something, because no one has hair that would grow out with these colors. And the coolness, as well as the extreme darkness, makes me look a lot older. I had mentioned I wanted my hair darker than it had been, only because the last stylist made it too blonde. I think this stylist made it even blonder, but it even looks worse because she put lowlights where it wasn't even needed.
I'm so irritated. Like these people are so fake they think of something completely fake when you say natural. Disgusting.

I have never been so disappointed with results from a place that looks so high end. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
Incident 1: When scheduling my appointment, I specifically told the receptionist that my appointment needed to be for September 2nd, she scheduled it for September 9th. When advising them that that wasn't correct, they told me they had no opening's for Saturday the 2nd. I stated that their mistake should not land on me and that I needed to be seen because no one would be able to get the in 2 days before the wedding. They " fit " me in, problem solved.
Incident 2 : When I scheduled my appointment, I sent over not one, but TWO images of what I wanted done. When arriving to my appointment, I was told it could not be done in the time they had booked me in. I explained if that were the case, why didn't they say anything sooner? Since I was beyond frustrated I decided to show her a less complicated option and asked if it could be done. She stated yes.
Incident 3 : Since i'm not a hair stylist, when I seen she was doing basic curls, something I can do at home, I remained quiet because I wasn't sure if that was apart of the process to reach the style I had shown her. Basically, I was trusting the process. When she shows me the final look, IT WAS BASIC CURLS!! Nothing like that photo I showed her that she said she could do! When leaving, I had to put on the best ACT of my life. I stated that it was pretty but to only get up out of there. By this time, i'm just done.
Incident 4 : When getting up out of there, they were trying to charge me $120 when I was told it would be $90 over the phone. Do I agree with paying $90 for BASIC curls? not at all but at this point, its time to leave the premises and never come back.
When ARRIVING to the church, my hair was flat and frizzy as shown in the pic. Don't let the saloon looks fool you folks.

I went in with long, nearly virgin hair that I had been growing out for a year and a half. I had saved up for a level 7 or higher hairstylist and scheduled a cut color and highlight. I was SO excited for my appointment. I left with an uneven haircut that was way shorter than what I asked for and she didn’t even clean up my face framing pieces like I asked. The color was fine but did not cover my grays at all. And the highlights are the worst part of it all…3 thick, brassy strips were put UNDERNEATH my hair. There a we’re no highlights put anywhere else. The stylist was nice and gave a great head massage but I have never been more upset about my hair.

BEYOND angry!!!! booked an appointment WEEKS ago for my graduation and i was cancelled on DAY OF my appointment literally TWO hours before it.... no other appointments available, which i guess isn't their fault, but COME ON??? so unprofessional.... i never leave reviews but ive never been more inconvenienced and frustrated in my life. i now have to scramble to find another appointment (which i DOUBT i will cuz everything books out so far in advance, which is WHY i booked this so long ago???) so i guess what im trying to say is, don't go here fuck them

Chloe achieved the exact look I asked for. I would have paid more for this haircut. She deserves a raise!
