I LOVE my mail carrier!! She (Lisa) goes above and beyond for me. She is so thoughtful, she even leaves treats for my dogs. She is a genuinely nice person!! The only time I went to the post office was during the Christmas rush and I had absolutely zero issues. And this is the most difficult time of the year to go to the post office and be on the other side of the counter.

Used to be a great post office. Now it's terrible. New post office worker regularly sends mail back to sender even thou packages are labeled in the exact way she has asked us to label them. Most packages sent USPS get to the Merton Post Office and then are sent right back. If you try to talk to her about it, she is so rude and dismissive.

This post office used to be great. Ever since the new post worker, Pamela, started it has been terrible. I'm constantly missing mail. She is rude, catty, and unprofessional. I keep getting emails and phone calls informing me that mail has been returned, even though the P.O. number was included in the address. My husband and I are completely fed up with this worker.

Ever since they started having new people work here your mail gets put in other peoples mail boxes not to mention the amount of missing mail that I’ve been dealing with like seriously hire people that know how to do there job
