We must’ve called 20 shops before he answered and offered to take a look on the same day and recommended us to try Rainx just for the drive home and see if that would work since the part we needed was most likely a transmission switch and we needed a quick cheap fix. “Fine service, polite staff, reasonable cost, an uneventful tire change. The waiting area could be better. They warned me that the WiFi was poor and the chairs, etc. are ok but pretty worn in. There isn’t a table or bar-height area where you can set your laptop to work while you wait, or convenient outlets for charging.”

“I am a big Costco fan, and the first reason is the workers are great. It's what happens when the CEO makes less and the front line workers make what they are worth. Second, the prices are great. Third, there are more human cashiers than self check out. Third, it's a great place for lunch. There aren't many negatives, but since they concentrate on bulk deals you can't get a small portion of anything and the best deals are ephemeral. They had an amazing low price on cases of 5oz name brand cat food cans and I could only fit 5 in my Fiat 500 and even that hurt my back. But still, I wanted to get some more but they were gone within a week. The other negative is more serious, there are crowds of people shopping at any Costco and this one is busier than others. Some of those people are obnoxious. Really intolerable. What are you going to do?”
“Excellent staff who made the car buying process very smooth and not stressful. Everybody stayed late so we could get our new set of wheelse and did not once seem annoyed. I also did not feel taken advantage of during negotiating. Jordan our sales guy had freaking awesome energy!!! Seems like a fun atmosphere to work at. “Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”
