“My vehicle is currently at Kruse where it’s been for a month with some pretty serious issues, 1st time customer and let me just say they are all awesome. They’ve definitely got a new lifetime customer in me. They’re not just out to do a repair and get paid. They have taken the time to show me what is wrong with my vehicle, give me all possibilities for repairs as well as likelihood of repair success or failure due to what’s wrong with it. I’ve been many other places and I can just say others would probably fix it, tell you it’ll be fine and send you on your way. I appreciate the honesty of everyone at Kruse as well as them going above and beyond to not only explain what’s wrong but also take me back and show me. They’ve done everything they can to help me out, find the most cost effective but yet complete repair and even found a car to rent for a very good rate. Can’t say enough good about them!! More businesses should take lessons from them!”

“What can I say I have been going through this establishment for maintenance on my vehicle for going on two years now and they have ALWAYS been honest with me. After yesterday I felt like I needed to leave this business a review. I had been having issues with my brakes recently while braking (heavy shaking in the front of vehicle and through the steering wheel along with screeching and grinding). I called ****, explained to them my situation and made an appointment for a brake inspection. They called me after they had finished the inspection and notified me that the front rotors were slightly warped but because they were still under warranty and due to their company policy they would replace the entirety of the front brakes at no cost to me but were questioning where I had gotten the rear brakes done because they noticed that the inner pads were not properly seated with the caliper piston groove and were causing the pads to wear unevenly which would only get worse over time and eventually start causing damage. The front brakes were done at NESS Auto in June of 2023. The rear brakes were done at ****************************** in January of 2023. Not only did NESS Auto take pictures, but were honest and upfront about everything and because of the information provided by them I was able to act accordingly and contact ****************************** and set up an inspection of the rear brakes and hopefully ***** will take accountability for their mistakes and replace the rear brakes at no cost. We will see by the end of today. 1/5/2024. NESS Auto is probably the best place regarding customer service that I have ever experienced hands down and I plan on going through them for my next vehicle purchase. ”
“On a cross-country road trip, my 2004 GMC 3500 dualy would not start. Devine gave me advice on how to manually prime my old diesel. Drove to their shop, Devine fit us into his shop quickly for a quick analysis. Fantastic people, very knowledgeable mechanics! 5-stars!”

“While halfway through our 5-hour road trip to Illinois, we hit something on the freeway and instantly got a flat tire. While changing our tire, we noticed the rim was also bent, so we thought we were out of options. We found this place with the intention of just asking for advice. But to our suprise they had a spare tire for us. They installed it and straightened out our bent rim for a very affordable price! We were able to make it to our destination and back home safely on that tire! They were all so kind and helpful - our luck definitely turned around when we found this place! Highly recommend!”

“After a really bad storm, a tree fell on the slide out of a trailer at Skillet Creek Campground. A family in need (mom, dad & 2 kids) live in this trailer for 6 months out of the year. The trailer was condemned by the Red Cross & the family did not have money to repair the damage. A talented and kind-hearted man repaired the trailer back to livable conditions at no charge to the family, but he couldn’t fix the broken window glass. I asked Pete if he would give us a price to replace the glass. Pete went out of his way that same day and took one window back to his shop and measured the other windows w/broken glass. He returned and replaced all the broken glass THE NEXT DAY AT NO CHARGE! Obviously, Pete’s business is not a non-profit business, but Pete and his wife certainly are caring and charitable people. The family was overwhelmed w/appreciation. Thank you Pete’s Glass!”
